Was supposed to get a package yesterday but there was nobody home to sign for a 21+ package at 2 pm on a Wednesday so I had to wait til thursday (today) for it to come again. I waited at home from 12 – 3:20 only to be disappointed yet again. The tracking said it was on the truck at 9 am and out for delivery. Then I decided I had waited long enough at 3:15 so I wrote a note for the driver and left. Because I have shit to do and don’t have to wait around for bad logistical service. I get to my «home» home and do the shit I needed to do and at 4:50 I see that they put a note in the tracking that said «bad weather at delivery location» at 3:50. What the fuck.
It had been raining from 10 to about 1:30 or 2, with some hail early in those times but I saw FedEx driving around because it’s not a big weather ordeal. So NOW I have to wait yet another day to MAYBE get the package at an UNKNOWN time of day, and without any kind of notification.
The biggest let down is that I have no idea when the package/​driver will be at my house and because it’s a signed package for 21+ it’s crucial that I be there
This fucking game can theoretically go on for days

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Worst delivery service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I got 2 notifications during the day that my item was on the vehicle for delivery. So I stayed home all day. And nothing. Called their «customer service» and the office closed 8 hours before the time they said my item would be delivered by. I don’t know why Amazon uses these clowns.
