Lee’s Tile Remodel & Repair

I can’t speak to the quality of Lee’s work as we did not end up using his company. Here’s why: He showed up an hour and half late to the scheduled appointment. I found Donald to be chauvinistic and condescending. The first thing out of his mouth after seeing the bathroom project was, «If you are looking for the cheapest estimate, I, m not your guy!» He made an inappropriate and inaccurate assumption. He then continued to over talk us, interrupt us, and discount our ideas and opinions with regard to OUR home and project. When my husband arrived, I was completely ignored. He told us how «cheap» the old cabinets in our bathroom were, which we were already aware of and trying to replace. Once he asked my husband what he did for a living and my husband responded that he’s a doctor, his attitude changed drastically. He became friendly and was more than willing to offer a reasonable estimate for what he wanted, but not for what we were looking for. He left without even speaking to me, only acknowledging my husband and shaking his hand. It was a rotten experience and we would not recommend him or his company because this is not the way to treat other people.

We use Lee’s Tile for all our remodeling needs, plumbing needs, electrical needs. Donald Lee has a great team. Their work is exceptional and top notch. We have had flooring installed, carpet installed, house painting done, shower remodeling, 3 full bathroom remodels and a full kitchen remodel. The craftsmanship is wonderful and they work wonders with all types of materials. If it is possible, they can do it. Donald Lee, the owner, meets with all clients personally. The entire team is professional, respectful, trustworthy. We highly recommend them. We have never had any issues with their work being faulty.
