I have had problems with this place from day one. When looking into this apartment the sales lady said it would be 650 monthly(2 years ago). Every other apartment complex I’ve lived in had utilities built in, but this woman failed to mention the mandatory $ 25 trash fee, and that utilities weren’t included(even though it’s all lumped together into one bill.) I didn’t find out until rent was due. Second, two weeks after having moved in I got a notice on my door threatening to take my dog away, which I had fully disclosed to them in my lease. They demanded $ 600IMMEDIATELY and accused me of lying and trying to hide my dog(I had paid various fees and deposits over the three months prior to me moving in and had assumed it was lumped in with those fees). Whenever the woman saw that I had disclosed that I had a dog in my lease, she didn’t apologize and demanded the $ 600. Luckily, my parents took my dog in until I could come up with the money. I had to pay $ 5 for a gym key with only 2⁄5 machines that actually work. I have came across wolf spiders, large cockroaches and various other bugs. They changed the mailbox locks without telling us and we had to go get them from the office ourselves. They didn’t have a key to my apartment and I had to lend them my key so they could make a copy of it. They did«external inspections» of windows and gave me notice on a Friday evening that I would have to replace my blinds by that Monday, otherwise be charged $ 30PERINDIVIDUALBLIND. Their repairman threatened to charge me for routine maintenance. You also only have TWODAYS to pay your rent, and you HAVE to pay online. If you pay with a credit card you’re charge a $ 35 ‘convenience’ fee. Overall, incompetent staff, mean maintenance workers, corporate is unavailable and bugs galore. Avoid this place if you can.

After working with the staff in order to solve my problem, I recognized it is a big misunderstanding between me and the staff. I am very happy that they are willing to sit with me to discuss and find the solution. They really care about their resident’s concerns. Giving 5 stars for the staff. P/S: I also misunderstand about Brandi, the property manage, she is very professional. She got the support from her staff.

The location here is fantastic, maintenance is always very responsive(within 24 hours), and the office staff is very personable and friendly. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me and my family during our stay here. I couldn’t have picked a better place for location and PRICE! We’d continue to stay here if we weren’t relocating out of state.(Current resident of 6 months.)
