Kwik Appliance Service

Please do not use this company. Service was horrendous. Service was order on a washer with sears service agreement. Kwik came out when scheduled. They diagnosed and ordered the part, so I thought. I signed ticket, so Sears paid them. They told me they would be back when part came in. On follow up, Sears says they closed ticket because it was complete. No part was ever ordered.
Kwik appliance lies. I needed a $ 20 part on a 2 year old appliance. Kwik asked me to sign ticket so they get paid for doing nothing. Please avoid Kwik appliance. They are unethical!

Please Do NOT use this company! We had our dishwasher repaired by them and ended up paying nearly the cost of the appliance when all was said and done. The repair was simply a detergent dispenser that was not operating correctly. The service man said he needed to replace the entire part which I agreed to for 150.00. He then after looking further into it said he can just clean it with brush and that would fix the problem. Still charged 150.00. One month later the dispenser was not working again and I called him back to repair problem. That cost 170.00. I asked how much part costs and he rudely snapped «I don’t know!». After he left I noticed the dishwasher looked crooked and there was a larger gap than usual between counter and appliance. I opened the dishwasher door and the bottom panel fell off and screws went flying across floor. I called him back to fix problem and he came back and said there was nothing wrong with the placement and that’s how it’s supposed to be. I was in disbelief at his response and told him that it can’t be left this way and it looked awful. He continued to argue with me (very loudly) and finally after I would not let up he pulled the dishwasher back out and reinstalled. He was obviously very angry about this and left in a huff. 2 mos later we noticed water seeping through cracks from underneath our new laminate flooring that was installed about 2 mos. before his repair and we pulled dishwasher out to find 2 inches of water standing under our dishwasher. Our new floor is bubbling up now and the smell is awful from mold and mildew. I called him back to make him aware of issue and to resolve it. He denied pulling appliance out saying he never even moved it and basically said it’s not his problem. We then said if he will not make this right we will sue him and he said «Go to hell» and hung up.

I was so relieved and happy with my appliance service and repair. It was the holidays and my washer broke on Saturday morning and I had a pile of laundry from my family and guests visiting. I had to call someone to come quickly but because it was the holidays, no one was available except Kwik Appliance. They came within 2 hours to repair my washer and the customer service was amazing and at a fair price. I would definately recommend and certainly have saved them on my phone log, which I do not do if I am not happy.
