Had my first visit with Dr. Montgomery this week. His staff is so knowledgable and friendly, and they were very thorough. They took time to answer all my questions. Great experience!

I recently changed jobs and I was looking for a new dentist closer to home. I loved my current dentist but I thought I would try this office based off the location and the reviews. The staff was friendly when I made my appointment and I was able to get in as a new patient within a short timeframe. I arrived and ended up waiting over 45min to be seen. After 30min I asked what was taking so long and they said it would not be much longer. When I was finally seen the tech was very apologetic and I choose to not make it an issue. We started x-​rays and such and the tech was on the fence about a «deep cleaning». I said jokingly «as long as it doesn’t end up costing me $ 400 I don’t mind doing it.» I paid what we guessed to be the non-​covered amount after insurance (around $ 100) and went on my merry way.
When I arrived home I bragged about not having cavities but mentioned I agreed to the deep cleaning. The person I spoke to immediately gave me grief saying that her cousin (a dentist) told her that was the usually a way dentist scammed people for money and while it is sometime needed many times it is not. I brushed it off as I felt $ 100 out of pocket would not be the end of the world.
Fast forward to getting the bill. My standard appointment procedures were fully covered. The deep cleaning cost people around $ 500 out of pocket. I called thinking it was a mistake and it was not. They explained that they didn’t know for sure what the cost would be but that their service was better than others so they have premium pricing. To make matters worst they kept offering me payment plans as if I was some poor schmuck who couldn’t pay her bills.
Long story short don’t go here.

Dr. Jason Montgomery is THE BEST dentist I have ever had. He is a magician with a needle… I swear, you won’t even feel a «pinch». :D His staff is always very friendly and his dental hygienists are great.

This is the best dentist and dentist office staff in Dallas. Always friendly and very customer focused. Also I never have to wait, which I love!
