Jacki is great. She is very knowledgeable and listens to what you need. I like that she works quickly. Nothing worse than waiting for long periods of time while your having your hair done!
Also, Jacki has a great personality, and is enjoyable to be around during your visit.

I am new to texas & found Jacki online! I wanted my hair done that day really bad for my birthday so upon calling a few other stylists that were booked until mod next week, Jacki got me in 45 min after i called. AMAZING (: & my hair is seriously the most badass just as i expected she did exactly what i wanted. It was even cheaper than im used to paying in Kansas! & she did so much more with my hair. Super pleased. And very impressed! Looks like i found a new hair stylist for my boyfriend and myself. I would recommend Jacki to everyone!

Had my first appt with Jacki today — base color, partial hi-​lights, and a cut — and I’m feelin’ pretty! Thank you, Jacki! Jacki is very personable and knowledgeable. She listened to my ideas and shared great tips. My color looks very pretty (lots of compliments from my family when I got home) and my cut is cute. Just in time for summer! I will definitely be back in Jacki’s chair again!

Awesome! Definitely go see her! My hair was in need of serious help when I came in and I walked out with beautiful hair that I love! I had been super anxious about finding someone to chop my locks but Jacki made it easy and fun! We all know how hard it is to find someone that will give you a great cut AND color — Jacki does both. I will definitely be going back.
P. s. I waited a week to write this because sometimes you like it right away but then you get home and it just never looks the same. My hair has looked great every day, even when I don’t style it (I never style it) but it falls just right! Love it!

I went to see Jacki for the first time, and her upbeat, friendly personality and obvious hair knowledge put me right at ease. She helped me decide which highlights were best, and she did a great job on my long-​layer cut and style. I was shocked to have all that done in an hour and 20 minutes! I’ve wasted four hours in other salons, so I’m thrilled to have discovered Jacki! She squeezed me into her schedule last minute too! I like her downtown Plano location, and I’ll definitely return!

Jacki has been my stylist for about 3 years now, and she always does a fantastic job. She listens to what I want, is very knowledgeable about products, and she offers great styling tips as well. I have very thick, fine hair, and it’s not easy to manage. I’ve had many stylists refuse to cut or style my hair, and some have even tried to charge me extra to blow dry it. Jacki has never once complained about my hair, and she’s never overcharged me for anything. I’ll even be booking her for my wedding– she’s fantastic!

I bought a Groupon to get my hair done by Jacki. You never know what to expect when you take a gamble on Groupon hairstylist. That was the best deal I’ve ever gotten! I will not go to anyone else to have my hair done! Jacki is by far one of the best in the business. She is always up to date on the latest trends and techniques and is fun to spend time with while getting my hair done. She has convinced me a couple of times to do something different with my hair and because I trust her judgment I always agree. I have never ever been disappointed. This professional is at the top of her game. I’d willingly pay twice as much for her services because she is that good.
