Jack In the Box

Night crew, serves cold food. None of the order was fresh it was barely warm, when going through, the drive thru.
Very bad service. Experienced the bad service last night after midnight. And didn’t give a receipt for my purchase.

Well like other reviews say this is the slowest Jack in the Box on the planet. If they aren’t bad enough for you to think about taking a nap during daylight hours try coming in at 3am. We have like 4 what appear to be 16 yr old girls basically running the joint. Everything is in disarray, there’s food all over the floor and the temperature is 180°. I ordered two fish sandwiches and a curly fry from one of the mongoloid idiots behind the counter that gave me a blank stare for five minutes until I repeated that complicated order. After about eight minutes she gave me my bag missing the f’ing curly fries. I ordered three items so I guess two out of three isn’t bade

Location is easy to get to. Service here is just as good as other fast food restaurants!

Went through drive through for dinner. Ordered Siracha burger and siracha fish sandwich. Service was quick. Food was good.

I have stopped by here on several occasions due to it being close to work and I need breakfast. Over the years, 1 thing has been constant, extremely SLOW service!!! And I mean slow! While everyone I have dealt with here has been polite, I just don’t see why it takes 4 – 5 min to get a breakfast jack and a cup of coffee when there is no one else in line and maybe 1 car in the drive through.
Good points are that they never seem really busy at 8 in the morning, very odd given the fact that fast food places usually are. Probably due to the slow service. Also, they seem to keep the inside very clean in the morning, someone is always mopping but i’m not sure I would like to be smelling cleaner when i’m eating breakfast, I usually get it to go. I don’t go through the drive through because it usually takes longer if someone else is in line.

Slow, slow, slow service and the drive through always smells like garbage. Sometimes the food isn’t terrible, and recently they hired someone that wasn’t rude.

My first time at this Jack in the box… great service! Clear spoken guy on the speaker who repeated order back and gave me total BEFORE I got to the window (seems to be more and more uncommon nowdays). He was also pleasant at the window.
Got food quickly and accurately. I will be coming back!

15 minute wait with one car ahead of me. Hash browns ice cold. Coffee ice cold. Asked for cream and sugar, no cream or non dairy packets in the bag. I know options are limited at 4am, but if you’re gonna be open you need to do way more than this. Feh.

Breakfast is good but everytime I drove through its takes at least 10 minutes. Not fast food for breakfast.

I ate here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The tacos are fresh and crunchy and the 99 cent chicken sandwich is delicious. I have never had a problem with the food or service at this location. I will continue eating here and post an edit to this review if anything changes.
