I’ve had mixed experience with the PM. They worked fine until it came time to end the agreement at which point they dropped the ball in several ways. They did the right thing in the end when all other options had been exhausted.

They get three stars from me. I live in a fairly new rented home, therefore my interaction with Infinity had been very limited. But when I DID need them, this is what I dealt with…
They currently sold the property and needed to get into the house for appraisal reasons and for inspection. No problem, so I thought. I gave them times and dates I would be home. Well, Bridget was not happy. She wanted it done now. She even threaten me with the «by law» statement on how she could enter my home at any time, not true.
So I responded as well with «by law» this is called harassment when you call me at my job three times in a row, especially after I told them when I’m home.
Currently my AC has stopped working so I submitted a work order. I had to chase them down about when they were going to work on it and at the end of it all, again I received a «by law» we have three days to come and see the problem. Not to fix it, but to come out and check out the issue.
It’s 84° in this house by mid afternoon and I have kids. Not once did I get anyone saying that they understand my frustrations and concerns, or an explanation as to why they couldn’t attempt to make it out to my home quicker than their three day allowance.
None of their repair men that they send out speak any English. It’s absolutely difficult to communicate with their contacted workers. Very frustrating!
We called and asked if we could work out something for an early termination of the rental contract (2mths early) so we could move into our house we are having built and they responded with not only telling us «no» but added that they will tack on an extra 8% to the amount owed if we left. Horrible, money hungry people!
This history and current issues has definitely showed us that Infinity is all about them. Not about you or about their reputation but about money and money only. They contract with 3 party horrible companies to save money and the rental people feel the pain of their greediness.
I’m glad to be out from under their thumb.
Be cautious when signing with Infinity Realtors.

These guys manage a lot of properties, and they do a great job at mine. My contact/​property manager is Bridget. She is always available via text, email, and phone; maintenance requests are fulfilled the same day or Monday if submitted over the weekend. I highly recommend working with these folks!
