Dropped off a safe in to be opened. The service was professional and reasonablely priced. They honored the telephone price I was given despite it taking much of the afternoon.

The gentleman, Doug Pruitt, who came out was very nice. Took his time looking at our doors and explain different ways of fixing them. I had my mind set on having it done 1 way. He told us the pros and cons of my choice. I made 1 last call (asked someone about their doors) while he was starting the repair process. I suddenly changed my mind and I could tell he wasn’t too thrilled about it but he was very nice about it. He then took the time again to go over a few more things. After the repairs, while at the garage entrance, he even checked the (large) garage door and pointed out some things. He was professional, courteous, sincere and we would definitely call them again. We highly recommend the company and especially Doug.
