I would highly recommend Dr. Christy and Dr. Jennifer at Healthworks in Plano to anyone who has any type of physical issues, and not just limited to back pain. These dedicated doctors make the necessary adjustments so that your body can heal itself in time. Along with chiropractic care, they will counsel you on nutrition, stretching, exercise and more to help speed up the healing process and keep you healthy. These are two doctors whose advice you will definitely want to follow.

I have seeing dr Taylor for over a year now and it all started with my ever lasting lower back pains. Getting adjusted is kinda like «magic» especially if you have to adjust your atlas. Did you know you had an atlas? One adjustment and all the unwanted pressure and pains disappear. The body is complex yet not hard to care for if done right and dr Taylor helps you understand that. It’s not an overnight fix and it takes commitment. Her center has great positive energy from when you walk in and is greeted by Sheri or any of her staff to when you leave. Dr Christy is also amazing. She got me carrying weights and it’s amazing again how little adjustments can make you feel great! It’s your turn to come in and meet them.
