I caught them not providing service THREE times. C’mon, guys. I thought you were better than the big fertilizer companies. I guess not. It doesn’t seem that ANY of the companies are trustworthy — I’m going to start doing this myself. What a waste of time and effort.

Hate that I paid my hard earned money for months and still had weeds. The girl answering the phone could care less. I know they didn’t even step foot in my backyard the first visit because I was watching and then they assured me the next time they did but not true because we started a pool and the grass was gone.

I had no idea my lawn could look this good. I used to wonder what the secret was to a beautiful lawn. Basic watering and mowing made it look good, but ever since hiring GroGreen a little over a year ago it just looks awesome! Service is great as well. They call every time before they come and the technicians — when I see them — have all been very courteous and answered our questions on the spot.

Going to give them the boot tmrw. They have been giving a friend who I referred the run around. They claim to have sprayed the back yard this week. Problem is, I was in the back yard having lunch with my friend when the spraying was to have been done. No one came in the back yard. I told my friend to contact the company and they would have a field manager call and resolve the issue (like they have for me when they killed 8 plants by spraying when it was too hot.). Looks like one of the gals in the office let the tech know and now he has been calling my friend and making claims that are not true. I was there! He never stepped in the back yard!! This is BS and if a company does not have integrity, then they don’t get my work and I won’t refer them. BTW, the work they do for me is ok, just ok. I can get the same service by buying the chemicals at HD or Lowes and applying them myself. Goodbye GroGreen, for the second time! Yes, Plano is home but also have a PD handle.

GroGreen is by far the best lawn chemical treatment company in the Dallas area. I had a weed infested yard, and within a year it was beautiful green and healthy with very few weeds. I agree with the other guy who said it takes time. Some people expect way too much from just one or two treatments. They advised me on my mowing and watering habits, which I changed. And along with the treatments, my lawn is now the beautiful lawn I’ve always wanted. The office staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been using GroGreen for the past 2 years and I was initially very impressed by them. My lawn was weed free, green, and healthy. However, I’ve noticed that in the past several months, their level of service has deteriorated. The tech is not very attentive, he is in a rush to leave, and left me a note saying they I would have weeds all season. What?! What am I paying you for every month??? How can I have a weed problem when you’ve been the only one servicing my lawn for the past 2 years straight?! They then laid out a long, expensive treatment plan to eliminate the weeds next year including aeration. I canceled their service and have since found someone else to take care of my lawn. The best thing about them is no contract! Try them out and cancel at anytime if you’re not satisfied.

I have been using GroGreen for years and have been on their plan. No Weeds… No worries, they take care of it all. Remember, weeds just don’t disappear overnight, be a little patient and with a little water and some cutting and trimming, you will have a beautiful y ard. These guys aren’t magicians, but they are THE BEST at what they do.

GroGreen is a very good service. I have used there service for 7 years and have always been pleased with the service.
