A/​C unit was not working when we got here, reported it to the staff, the next morning the A/​C was replaced and works great. Staff is very friendly and helpful they took care of the issue right away and we can’t say enough good things about how good we have been treated. AAAAA+++++ service

Horrible experience… few groups of school hockey stayed and made horrific level of disturbance. Hotel management despite the fact observing the disturbance and no effective measures to control them accordingly. I called front desk 10 times but no response. Definitely not coming back here!!!

Beds were comfortable and room very clean. I would also recommend this hotel if visiting the Baylor Heart Hospital. It is very close and easy walking distance to the hospital, no car necessary. Basic breakfast is also included with room which is convenient. Staff is friendly. The only downfall is I could hear everything outside.

My first room had a broken fridge. I was given a different room. The pool had way to much chlorine in it. My eyes burned for days. The computer was a joke. It was so slow. Continental Breakfast was good.

It’s a pretty basic hotel with a 32in. Plasma with all the cable channels, free wifi, tiny gym with only cardio machines, an indoor pool and free continental breakfast. It’s nothing fancy but you can’t beat it for under $ 100 a night. I’ll be back the next time I’m here for work.

The hot tub was inop during my stay but no biggie to me. Only negative is the shortage of restaurants within walking distance.

Exterior looks dated, but rooms are very modern and up to date – don’t let it fool you. Clean, quiet, decent breakfast and good rate – all I needed.
