I needed to have some jewelry reworked. Same project, same materials, estimated to cost 80% more at another jewelry store in Frisco. I cannot say enough great things about my experience.
I wish I needed a jeweler, and if I did David would be mine. I didn’t feel like I was paying for his beautiful retail space with exorbitant mark up (think of the gorgeous store by the mall outside of Nordstrom); I didn’t feel like I might not be getting what I was paying for (think of that OTHER store close to the gorgeous store close to the mall); it certainly doesn’t feel like some franchise store.
He is talented, experienced, and unassuming. Another wonderful local business to support. And he will save you money most likely!

Just purchased a diamond tennis bracelet for my wife from David. What a fantastic experience. He treated me like a long time customer and gave me better quality at a much better price than anywhere I had visited. If your looking for a great alternative to the chain jewelers this definitely it. I won’t go anywhere else now. The other comments on Unilocal are spot on.

I just visited David Eaton and was extremely pleased and impressed with the experience. In brief, I came to start my engagement ring search. He took the time to go through the ins and outs of diamonds (4 Cs, etc), the myriad of options with respect to cut and setting, and the type of custom work he can provide. Most of all, I was impressed with his candidness and transparency with regards to his process, pricing, and opinions in how to go about searching for an engagement ring! Thank you David!

I just picked up my custom diamond wedding band from Eaton Custom Jewelers and it is perfect. I drove from East Dallas near White Rock Lake, so it was quite a trek — but TOTALLY worth it! They took my engagement ring, made a mold out of it, and then created a diamond band that fit perfectly around the side of it. The diamonds are amazing and the ring is exactly what I wanted! The owner, Dave, is a really nice and talented guy. You can tell he’s a great person to work for and has fantastic business ethics. Their customer care /​service is out of this world! I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything jewelry related!

I wanted something eye-​catching to complement my engagement ring, but I wasn’t sure exactly what. I went to Eaton Custom Jewelers and explained some ideas I had to Dave. Based on just a couple vague ideas and preferences from me, he was able to produce a beautiful design. The green gold and diamond bands Dave designed and created are amazing. I get tons of compliments on the set. Dave is not only an outstanding jeweler, he’s a pleasure to work with.
