I’ve stopped there few times and I like my coffee my way. Every time it’s different. Most of the times with no sugar and super hot even after requesting ice and sugar. Trying to avoid that shop.

Dunkin Donuts smells like something is burning and the service is lousy. They keep customers waiting so long that I walked out.

Never open! Poor customer service. Employees know very little about the place they work. Always out of donuts or serving stale donuts. McDonalds is just down the street or DD Yorkville for a quality DD if you are diehard Dunk fan is only a few miles.

Ordered a blueberry muffin and received a blueberry doughnut by mistake, no big deal. When I came up to the counter the older gentleman replaced it but took the doughnut that had been handled by me and put it back on the tray to sell. Gross, never eating there again!

I think I have just been having bad luck with Dunkin lately. They really need to step their game up at all locations. This one is new so you’d think that they would have a little more emphasis on customer service and their attention to orders would be a little better. However, they may not feel the need to perform well because honestly who else is competing with them in this area? Nearest Starbucks is Oswego I think, and the only other place to get coffee early is McDonalds. So if You’re not into eating McDonalds breakfast this is the only real choice you have. I am happy that I only come to visit family once in a while because the city offers soooo many more coffee options. Every time I come here they get my order wrong, charge me wrong, or burn my food. If there were any where else to go I would. I bet that’s why they don’t feel the need to perform better because they don’t have to in order to keep customers.
