After reading these review, I was concerned. However, Holly was ready on time and gave me the best pedi I’ve ever had, as well as advice on foot care at home — without trying to sell me anything. Lovely young woman. Great job.

Horrible service! Made an appointment with Holly way in advance, arrived early, waited 30 minutes to be told I was not on the books after confirming it via text message, and she already had another customer so couldn’t take me. Yet, she refused to accommodate me for the inconvenience. Another client with appointment left angry and just as disgusted because she was also refused service. I am having trouble with Holly keeping my scheduled appointments. She will confirm my appointment then not honor it. She sent me away the first visit so I reluctantly set up a second appointment and confirmed it. Now she is not committing to my service request. I will no longer do business with this person! I’d rather let my Groupons go to waste than waste my time for this lousy business. I will not even recommend her as a gift to my enemy.

I purchased a deal on Amazon Local for a full shellac manicure, and even though I am hardly in the Plano area, the deal was pretty good. The instructions said to call for an appointment, and I did, but then was redirected to the online booking system. I made an appointment 2 months out – yes, you read that correctly. The schedule showed no openings until August. Crazy. But, in an effort to not lose the deal I purchased, I decided to still do it. My appointment was at 1:15. I arrive at 1:10, and the door is locked. No big deal, I waited outside thinking maybe they were at lunch. And, to be fair, I was a little early. 1:15 came around and nothing. I called the number on their site and was told that she would arrive in 10 minutes. Grr! Normally, I would’ve left and rescheduled. But, seeing that it took 2 months to get an appointment, and I drove 20 miles, I decided to wait. At 1:28, she calls me and says she’s on her way, will be 10 more minutes because she got lost at the mall. What?! Finally, at 1:40, she arrives. Now, I try to assume good will with others, and since was very apologetic, I stayed and got my manicure. The entire experience was awkward and uncomfortable. Not only did she ask me about my religious beliefs and sexual orientation, but she also made sure to ask about my political views and ethnicity. Awesome. At one point, she was being so inappropriate that I looked around for cameras – I thought, «Am I getting punked?» The place is tiny, looks crowded and unorganized – all around, it was unpleasant.

Not recommended! I purchase a full set and refill of eyelash extensions from groupon but it took me forever to schedule an appointment. I got rescheduled twice and it always happened a few hours right before my appointment. Really bad service!
