Absolutely horrified with my experience with this apartment locator service.
I had worked with this company however ultimately found my current apartment through a different apartment locator.
2 months later, at 9pm on a Sunday I get an extremely unprofessional text message from the person I was working with. She had even gone to the point of calling the apartment I chose and finding out who I had used as a referral for my apartment. When I let her know this was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate, she was extremely flippant. I understand the real estate game can be hard at times but I would never think I would get nasty messages from them.
I would never recommend this company and would encourage others to not get involved with them. I’m absolutely shocked by this behavior.
