Very bad experience here. My experience was like what previous reviewers’ wrote. Worst pedi/mani in my life! I hope I could’ve read these poor reviews before I bought their coupon from Groupon. I made my appointment in December. I arrived on time at 9am(as what they asked me to be there), but the door was closed, no one there. I waited there for 15 minutes, and it’s still not opened. I suspect it’s because that’s a cold day on that day, therefore they didn’t open. This was okay with me, I made my another appointment in April. It’s open this time, and I waited for 20 minutes before I get into the room(20minutes after my appointment time). She(The owner) was doing hair for others while she is doing my pedi. I need to soak my feet for 10−15minutes there, and she put my feet on a stand, dry my feet for another 15 minutes while she was doing hair for others… It took me an hour and 15 minutes, and she did nothing that I can feel any«luxury»! I can either do those things at home… Anyway, before we proceed to mani, she asked me if I can come back for another session because she needs to go home for something. I said okay. We made another appointment next day, and I was there on time. However, the door is still closed! She was not there, and wrote a note saying that she will be back at 1pm(However, I waited until 1:15pm, she was not there yet). I will never ever go back to this place, and if you are going to purchase a coupon from Groupon, please DON’T!

I was *very* happy with the haircut and semi-complicated color work I received at this salon. My previous salon was in Santa Monica, CA – and this work was comparable and less expensive. I have gotten some scary quotes for what I want done in Plano — and it is simply base color with highlights. I have crazy-thick hair — but I cannot pay $ 300 for color work, particularly since I was used to paying far less in a big city. I thought the owner and the designers at this salon were very pleasant and easy to get along with. I felt very comfortable here, and I will return!

Oh my God… Worst pedi/mani in my life!!! First off, when I got there the receptionist was so lost and didn’t even know what was going on. I arrived 5 minutes early and noticed a lady in the waiting area. Apparently, she had an appointment with the owner and she wasn’t even there! The receptionist called the owner in front of us. The lady talked to her and ended up rescheduling. That should have been my first warning! Anyhow, after waiting about 25 minutes they finally called me back there. Under the table was was a tub of water with stones in it. This should have been my second warning. I sat there for about 5 more minutes. The time was 12:30 when she finally started. Since I needed to be out by 1:45, I asked her how long it would take. She said a hour, so I thought this should be fine we have enough time. I wanted French and she stated she wasn’t sure if she could do it. Yup, a manicurist wasn’t sure if she could do a French. This should have been my last warning. The chairs are old office rolling chairs, which isn’t the problem. The fact that they are doing the pedi under the table is the issue. As she was trying to lift my foot/leg it hit the table multiply times. It was just awkward!!! the owner ended up coming in and didn’t even say hi or anything. since the lady couldn’t do french, the owner decided she wanted to show/teach her on my hand. I told her I had to leave in 25 minutes. She informed me it would only take 10 minutes. Mani was horrible… No massage or lotion. She kept talking and kinda showing off about how she shops and how she trains her kids… Weird! Her cell phone kept ringing throught the whole process. As she painted she kept messing up and as I was checking my phone to see the time, she snapped at me and told me not to touch anything. It was already 2:10!!! I finally told her to wipe the nail polish off cause I needed to go. She kind of blamed the other girl for her horrible job. She kept asking me what time I got there and than seemed like she was blaming me for not scheduling enough time. She seems like she doesn’t want to take responsibility. As I was paying for the $ 10 charge for the French, she actually asked me if I wanted to tip!!! By the way, as i was leaving the receptionist also told the owner the lady that had to reschedule called to cancel. Lol…, hopefully she never goes back!

Appointment for Mani Pedi for 2 scheduled 4 weeks in advance. Came in, told nail person did not show so they had to cancel. Very apologetic so forgave the no call. Rescheduled, arrived at appointment time and told to come back in 1 hour, we needed lunch so ok. Back an hour later and still waited for 45 more min. Just about to leave and were taken back. Were taken to a room that looked like it belonged in the back of a trailer park. Home grade plastic foot bath, chair from resale shop, old desk moved in front of me so we stretched our unsupported legs under the desk to have the pedicure. I really just wanted to leave. Owner is enthuastic but has NOCLUE how to run a business or the value of people’s time. Way too chatty. Mani/Pedi took nearly 2 hours because she would not shut up. Worst Maini/Pedi I have ever had. She cut my finger with the emory board, trimmed unevenly, and was just all I could stand to hear about her babby daddy. She is so invested in the business, she has a big heart and I wish her the best of luck. Because of that I give the following suggestions 1. Respect people’s time and if you are unable to perform a service call! 2. Asking people to come back and hour later is not acceptable. 3. Waiting 45 min after comming back is not acceptable. 4. Have your room ready, stay focused on the job at hand, and be professional in your conversations. Invest in a used Mani/Pedi lounger. I know they are expensive but that is what the market demands. Good Luck!

Great shop wonderful workers and the owner is very professional. Even when a potential customer called being extremely rude a few months ago, she was still nicer than anyone else I knew of would have been. Great work for a great price in a nice atmosphere. Love getting my hair done here.

I purchased a Groupon for a spa mani and pedi from this salon. When I made an appointment they were so nice and friendly. Today I went in for the mani and pedi. I don’t know where to start with compliments, first of all, they are still nice and friendly. While they don’t have the fancy chairs, etc. they do a terrific job and they take their time. Shaquita gave me an absolutely wonderful hand arm leg foot massage.
