I’ve been going here since my first manicure when I was about 10 or 11! The place is clean and the ladies are just lovely! It’s not like a super spa or anything, but the prices are great and the girls always do a great job! And they’re always happy to fix it if you’re not happy with it. I always recommend this place for a quick and cheap manicure or pedicure to friends. Especially as a broke college kid.

Worst nail salon I have ever been too and I have been to plenty. I went because my mother n law is a regular there and swears by it. WAY over priced I got a fill with polish and two nails had a glitter finish which I was charged for a «design» for two nails. Between my «fills» my pedicure and my 8 yr daughter getting her nails painted not a manicure LIKE I ASKED for it took the girl literally 7 mins to paint her nails I was charged $ 83. For the sake of my mother n law being a regular there I kept my cool despite wanting to flip a lid on the«owner» for overcharging me not to mention running off business for their lack of communication and providing clarification«oh you want this but I am not going to tell you its $ 8 but I will offer it and slap it on your bill» before offering additional service and then after the fact over charging you for it– shame on them. Plano is HUGE find somewhere else. DONOTGOHEREHORRIBLE. My «fills» that I got charged for a full set 6 days in two of them chipped they were thin and I got a black polish and he only did 2 coats and it was streaky they were a joke, I was embarrassed to show my hands at the event I needed my nails done for. Shocked this place is still in business after the reviews I read honestly a little too late. You live and learn

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. It was the worst nail salon that I have ever been to. The price is high and the quality of work was bad. Plus they were not very welcoming. It is easy to say I will never come to this nail salon again. They might need change in management and hire all new people. It was a terrible experience

Wanted to treat myself to a full set of nails. I chose the WORSTPOSSIBLE place to have them done. I told the lady 3 times they were too long and she ignored me. She honestly didn’t seem to know what she was doing,(the lady sitting on top of her the entire time, reminding her to put the Polish on before she applies the acrylic should have been a warning sign). My nails are crooked and chipped from her skipping the dremil on to it. There are huge white/clear gaps between my natural nail bed and the white tip. They laughed at me when I brought it to there attention. They did a horrible job, I flushed an hour and a half(should have taken 45 mins) and $ 40 down th toliet. I would really like the to correct all there mistakes.

I don’t see how this nail place is still in business. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail shop. This was my first time visiting this shop and it will be my last. There are times when you are not completely satisfied with the service, but the business tries to make up for it, so that you can be a return customer. In this shop’s case, they did the complete opposite. My friend and I were dissatisfied with our pedicures. The pedicure only lasted for about 30 – 35 minutes. There was no massage given. We both left with the same dead skin on our feet that we came in with. My polish looked unprofessional. I clearly had polish on my skin and it also looked clumpy. When my friend and I expressed our concerns to the manager, she treated us like we were nothing. She took our money and was waving it in the air as well as laughing and joking with other customers in the shop about the situation at hand. I felt very disrespected! The customer service was very poor and the techs did not seem like they were licensed professionals. I will never visit this shop again. For the owner Crystal, please give your manager and techs proper 101 Customer Service and Cosmetology training. You will definitely lose a lot of customers if you do not. You have definitely lost my business!!!

Sorry, but Crystal Nails is the pits! Dusty, dirty, rundown & tacky. And that’s just the salon. The tech was the worst I’ve ever run across and she gave me a matching acrylic fill! I was in a jam on a Sunday & they were open, so I thought, «Why not?» Well, live & learn — it was TERRIBLE! I’m used to broken English after 20 years of artificial nails, but this woman was impossible to understand except for the litany she repeated over & over: «You not need fill. Need new nails Gel more better.» I asked the cost(considerably higher than my fill) and what was the difference, why was it better? She just repeated, «More better!» over & over & over. I finally convinced her that the fill I asked for was what I was getting & she proceeded to work over my nails to the point of heat/friction & I had four fingers that were bleeding from cuts/nicks when I left. I think she was just mad I didn’t want«more better» for«more money». The only good thing I can say is that it WAS cheap… especially since there was no tip factored in!

It’s not the best and it’s not the worst. The good nail tech’s work day shifts so if you work days you’ll end up with the lady that looks like a man. Wouldn’t pay for a pedicure the massage sucks every time. The place is a little rub down– not exactly a place to go to relax…

The girls are great with nails, only thing I wish is that they do a better foot scrub and massage. This is my regular nail place though since it’s cheap, clean and good service.
