Constant Eye Care

Made a last minute appointment to get an eye exam for my grandma, and I’m glad I did.
The staff here were perfect (no, seriously) at being prompt, friendly, and professional (without being overly serious). Awesome experience! I highly recommend them.

So this is a long review for an optometrist, but I was soooo pleased with my experience.
I got LASIK a couple years ago and haven’t been to the dr in awhile. The place is in an old shopping center that’s about to be remodeled for a new Hmart center, so you know it’s gonna get super busy soon! Excited that I don’t have to go all the way to Carrollton anymore. The staff was super friendly and greeted you as soon as you walked in. It was the grand opening week and her family was there to support her. Really great seeing that instead of the corporate places where you feel like just another number. They made you feel comfortable as soon as you walked in.
I think people are under the misconception that you want an eye dr with decades of experience, but it’s not true! You want a dr that is up to date with the latest technology and knows her stuff. Dr. Ngo graduated recently and it’s good knowing all the knowledge is fresh. She really knew her stuff. She was so thorough and made me feel so comfortable. She’s def gonna be my eye dr from now on.
