I was really excited when I came to the mall and wanted to purchase a nintendo 64 for nostalgic reasons. I came in and they were helpful enough the console was a good price and the extra controllers weren’t bad either. The staff was useful enough in providing information and helped me purchase a console. I make a purchase totaling 162 dollars and left in a pretty good mood. A series of things happen as I leave the store and I decide to make a return. Keep in mind I was never told that there were no returns. I was told that there was a 90 day warranty on the products that I’ve purchased. But not until I get my receipt do I see a «No return». That’s after the fact, it should be made abundently clear before purchase. I literally never left the mall, I was gone for 12 minutes and was told strait up that we don’t do returns because we don’t guarantee that I’ll like it. I help run a local small business and this is a terrible customer service. Nothing will be done about this I am sure but I hope you really consider what I’ve said before going. MAKE100 percent sure that you want to make a purchase before going through it. I think that you should be able to get do a return 12 minutes after making a purchase. I will not ever be going back in there. And as a local business I understand credit card fees as well and would’ve gladly paid the 1.42 percent credit card fee to process the return if it was asked.

Customer service has a bad attitude problem and what selection they have is ridiculously overpriced. I can get better prices and better customer service on eBay. However, if you need a an add-on to an old game system(i.e. graphics engine for you N64), this is probably a faster place to go than online. Don’t use them for games: they wanted to charge me $ 50 for the NES Final Fantasy. I found it on eBay for $ 15. Granted, this was a little while ago, but they still carry the same philosophy. I wouldn’t mind more expensive games if it weren’t for their bad attitude towards customers. I’m all for supporting local small businesses, but they need to give me a good reason to do so first.
