I was very happy to have found Collin County Sprinkler. Jorge came and went in a flash and had everything fixed that I called them for and also fixed some heads I thought were ok, he raised several of them since they were not covering the entire yard properly and now they do. I paid a fair price and got service the day after I called them and they were on time. Best sprinkler service I have had in 20 years and I have repairs needed every year or several times per year. Use Collin County Sprinklers folks.

I have used them 3 times and never been disappointed. Always timely, efficient and courteous.
Jorge was here today, and the temp had fallen to 24 and I was worried about him working in the freezing water, and offered to let him come back later, but he wanted to do it now.
He worried about me slipping on the icy sidewalk, and reminded me to put the garage door down as he was leaving.

We had the pleasure of working with Andy. I really appreciate the flat hourly rate, because you know exactly what your labor charge is. Too many companies just quote you by the job, which is very hard to figure out a honest rate.
They fixed for $ 340 what other company quoted me $ 1300.

Pricey without any customer service to make you feel like you got something for the hefty price you paid. They act more like they are doing you a favor. Technician was rude and left a huge mess. Unfortunately my wife paid him before i saw the mess he left behind. His excuse was the ran would wash it away in a couple of days. The reality is I had to shovel the 60 lbs. of mud and use a power washer to clean up the staining clay mud he dug up.
Would not recommend to anyone.

I’m not sure which Collin County Sprinkler people are looking at on here but since the address/​phone number on this one matches my experience, I’m going with it. I’ve used this company a couple of times in the past few years and have had NO negative issues with them at all.
They have been efficient, fast and very fair on the cost. The people I’ve dealt with have been courteous, both in the office and in the field. I would definitely use them again (which I have, btw)!
