Classic Heating and Air

Michael was very prompt and courteous and took time to explain to me how the flue pipe in our newly purchased home fell short of safety codes and what it would take to make it right, including calling my home warranty service, which hadn’t occurred to me. My husband and I plan to make this house our home for a long long time, God willing, so I signed up for the monthly service plan so that our HVAC system will receive the same excellent service that Michael provided for years to come.

These guys truly go the extra two miles! It’s about 9:30pm and their technician just left after being here way past what I would have expected. We just moved into our new home and on day one the Ac unit went out on a 100 degree day. These guys came in as soon as I called and serviced the unit to make it run. They are returning first thing tomorrow morning to finish up the repairs. I can’t say enough about their customer service. Just awesome.
Update — day 2 and they were here early to do all the repairs. By the end of the day our house was cool and comfortable. They even helped trim a tree that was overgrown. And again their senior technician returned in the late evening to make sure we felt comfortable with all the work. Just a wonderful company. Highly recommend!

I called one morning at 8:00am and they were at my house in about an hour. The service tech looked and acted professionally. My A/​C had frozen up and needed to thaw. It also had a very dirty filter. The filter was located in the attic in a hard to reach place. It was going to take a few hours for the unit to thaw, so the tech said he would return later. I asked if he could bring a new filter for me and he did. I was sitting in a cool home by that afternoon.

Everyone else sums it all up! Will continue to use them. They showed up 1 ½ hours after calling! Awesome since it is a very hot day and always need AC in the summer Texas heat!

Dane, Danny, and Dak provided excellent service. They were punctual, professional, and very knowledgable. They even took the time to show me what they did, and how I can adjust the airflow myself if needed. Danny even went above and beyond to notify me about some issues with my water tanks even though that was not his job. He even tightened the screws/​bolts to my attic ladder because he was concerned about it breaking on me in the future.

Classic Heating and Air was one of the first few companies I called, and right off the bat had one of the best rates I heard. I first spoke with Ross, who was very helpful and told me about the different packages with no pressure, and offered to have his guys out that afternoon.
I shopped around a bit and found Classic Heating and Air to have the fastest quote, the quickest appointment available, and a reasonable price, so we went with them. When I called back, Dane answered the phone and took care of me the rest of the way. After a few callbacks with different questions, we had the installation of a complete new system setup for the following morning. The guys came out on time, were respectful of the house and were friendly. The entire system was ready within about 5 hours, and Dane walked us through it with some parting tips.
Will definitely recommend them — this team did a great job for us!
