Everything was great, but the line was so continuous that I would not get a refill without standing in line again. That will keep me from coming back.

Very rare in the world today at a fast food place to get excellent service. Today I stopped by for breakfast and everyone was so friendly it was a great experience

So I am sure you are aware of Chic-fil-A’s new app. I have used it a few times myself, and it has been great. As always, I enjoyed my meal from Chic-​fil-​A, but something happened at this location that I did not appreciate.
I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, and the place was literally packed with a huge lunch-​time crowd. I heard an employee/​manager calling out, «Order for Andrew!» So naturally I walked up to claim it. However, as she was handing my order off to me, she proceeded to announce to the whole restaurant that I had just used their new Chic-​fil-​A One app, and that my order had been bumped up in front of all of their orders. I immediately felt very embarrassed. I was unexpectedly being used as an unwilling, impromptu marketing tool, and had been (likely unintentionally) portrayed as a glorified line-​cutter; at least a little warning would have been nice. Of course no consolation was offered by them, and I left feeling used and very, very embarrassed. I really would have preferred to just wait in line, instead of being called out like that in a restaurant full of strangers.
As a disclaimer, I love Chic-​fil-​A, but this visit was the opposite of enjoyable.

The rush is on Saturday May 2014. Very busy just a few minutes ago. Return visit for me after a long time away. Prompt service even when very busy. courteous and helpful staff. Try the new grilled chicken sandwich. Free WiFi. UPDATE: Aug 2015. Back again; rinse/​repeat same comments only they remodeled the store and wear good looking new uniforms. It was another Sat lunch hr visit and the staff was hustling to get the the orders out. Two employees out on the curb to take orders from drive-​thru customers. I went inside and got my order faster than the drive-​thru customers. I upgraded my rating to five stars. UPDATE: May 2016 Still a 5 star location. I was impressed with the fast courteous service during a very busy weekday lunch hour.

I called in a catering order at noon for a party to pick up at 7:45. I spent $ 18 dollars
To get there and nothing had been started. 20 minutes later still waiting. They can only give me 9 of the 12 cookies and offering NOTHING to make up for their lack of preparation. Will not do this again!!!

OMG! I just went thru the drive thru here and ordered a sandwich. When I went to pay the gal told me «don’t worry about it tonight! Enjoy»!
WOW! It has been a long hard day and her bright smile and enthusiasm just made it all worth it! Plus… I did not have to pay for my sandwich!

Thanks for being a good option with good service. I do like that the drive through line is made simple, your wait times seem like they will be long and are 10 – 12 minutes in the longest line and the order is correct in the bag just as you asked for it. I also appreciate a dairy free/​allergy friendly option for lunch that is delicious.

Great food (as usual) but this place is always SO BUSY. I’m talking, long lines wrapped around the building, invading traffic in the shopping center, and that’s with 2 drive-​thru order spots. You’ll have to wait a bit for your chick-​fil-​a fix because it’s so popular, but they’ve never messed up an order and are generous with their sauces.

This location of Chick-​fil-​A is busy (as most are), but the staff handles it with grace and composure. I’m not sure what kind of employee training program this company uses, but rarely will you get such warm and thorough customer service in the fast food game. Keep up the good work guys!

I used to come here 2 – 3 times a week for breakfast during my high school years and that was back in 2001 – 2004. The last time I was at this location was probably around 8 years ago. I came here this morning for breakfast and the manager still remembers me coming in when I was in high school!!! Now that is very impressive! Much respect to the manager!

Of course the customer service is friendly but it’s like watching a movie in slow motion. They move SO slow. I normally got an get an ice tea from this location and it literally takes them five minutes to make it. Why?!
Also the roped off line system is so confusing. You enter one way, go all the way around the store to get in line. Most times people are so confused they end up cutting in front of you.

This location, like most Chick Fil-A’s can get so crowded. I don’t come often, but I do swing by once in awhile. mostly through the drive thru. I find this location a little difficult to get in and out of due to its location on 121 and Preston. Drive thru lines move fairly quickly, even when long. Inside can take pretty long.
The food is consistent with other locations, always great. The service is always friendly. They recently renovated the place so it looks really nice and modern inside. Recommend!

This location in particular is my favorite Chick-​fil-​A, which is saying a lot because I LOVE Chick-​fil-​A. The interior is very nicely decorated and the seating is more modern looking compared to other Chick-fil-A’s I have frequented.
Food is what you would expect (clue: superb). However, what really sets apart this location is the service. Ryan, the manager, always recognizes me and greets me by name. Occasionally he will hand out complimentary nuggets cards to customers, and it shows me how connected this Chick-​fil-​A wants to be to the community. My only regret is that this location is very far from my home but it’s close to my office.
Keep it up! I will definitely be back. :)

Came here with my two young kids alone to give mommy a break. The staff were so nice — they could tell dad wasn’t used to wrangling the kiddos alone. Brought the high chair to me, helped strap them in, delivered the food with a smile. Extra cherries on their sundae and handed each a toy plush cow. Happy to be at a place with great service. And the food is tasty, too!

Quick drive thru service! I thought I’d made the mistake of jumping in the drive through only to discover it was the lunch time rush, but the line moved quickly and the service was wonderful. They had two people working the window, one took my payment and repeated my order, the other handed me my drink and food and asked if there was anything else they could do for me.
I thoroughly enjoyed my peppermint chocolate chip shake (yes I splurged with whip cream and a cherry on top!), my small fries, a «cannot ever forget» chocolate chip cookie, and my FREE original Chick fil A sandwich! Yes, I said free. I filled out the survey at the bottom of my receipt on my previous visit and was rewarded with a code for a free original sandwich on my next trip. My entire meal cost $ 5 something.
I love Chick-​fil-​A and will most certianly be back!

reasonable prices, clean environment friendly staff. Food is always excellent & they are kid friendly! If you like pickles like I do you’ll have to ask for them, 2 pickles are not enough for me

Always very busy, but then again which location isn’t?! Very nice and polite wait staff, great food as always, clean restaurant, with double drive thru lanes which is especially helpful during the lunch rush. Kid friendly with plenty of high chairs available. Love this place!

This Chick-​fil-​A is quite popular at lunch. The staff is well trained, and they do a good job of getting through the line, offering refills, and keeping tables clean a midst the chaos.
As others have mentioned this location is quite popular for parents with kids, and I have noticed some running around in the area near the indoor playground. Recommend sitting towards the back of the restaurant (near bathrooms) if wanting to hold a conversation.
Many of the Chick-​fil-​As in the area like this one are better staffed at lunch. So while there are far less people in the Drive-​Thru or inside at dinner, the food generally takes longer.
They fill the fries well generally, and the chicken is cooked well.
There is a separate line during peak lunch hours (11 – 2) for to-​go orders. If you are getting it to go, the line on the left (facing menu) is the one you want to be in. If you are dining in, the line on the right is where you want to be.
A lot of people have not figured out where to stand, so cutting/​inefficiencies in the line are typical. The cashiers generally say «I can help the next customer» as to make the customers sort it out themselves who is next in line.

This one’s a busy store! We were on our way to go painting in Frisco and had to pick up dinner on the way. We were thinking it’d be quick, but turns out the drive thru line was supppper long. Ok — park and let’s get our food. We go inside and there’s a couple of people waiting in line to order and others waiting for their food. Good thing the workers were fast and we were able to order and get our food pretty quickly.
Love Chick Fil-​A nuggets and waffle fries… and they have delicious sauces too. A perfect quick to-​go dinner for sure!

All Chick-​Fil-​A are created equal, but some are more equal than others. I am a frequenter of Chick-​Fil-​A (have my own cow costume and also have a bumper sticker I proudly display on my car that says «I Love Chick Fil A», but this location consistently goes above and beyond other locations I’ve visited (all other locations probably go «by-​the-​book», but below are a few things that differentiate this particular location):
1) I love the fact that when I call to place an order they pro-​actively make sure I know they are the location at the SE corner of 121 and Preston (and not the location in the shopping mall nearby where there is also a Chick Fil A in the food court).
2) When I order nugget trays, they allow me not just get one big sauce option, but also will give me smaller packets of other sauce (other locations won’t give me extra smaller sauce packets or will say «you either get one big sauce or 6 little sauces for a nugget tray»).
3) When I ask for change for a dollar, this location has always happily done it (other locations have said «We’re not allowed to give out change.»).
4) When I came in on Halloween dressed as a cow, they comped my value meal — I don’t think they had to do that unless it was a specific «Cow Apprecation Day» promotion… but they went ahead and did it anyhow.
