Charles was a godsend when it came to purchasing my new home in Plano. I was relocating from Southern California, and Charles went above and beyond to take photos, shoot videos, and give us local area suggestions based on my requirements while I was still in California, along with taking my family and I out for a day of home searches once we landed. Even after we closed, Charles has continued to be wonderful, setting us up with a utility concierge program which made coordination and hookup of the utilities a breeze (along with hardly any hold time when talking to multiple companies including city’s).
