Cambria Hotel & Suites Plano-Frisco

Had money taken from our room. Had housekeeping staff barge in 3 times, once while I was in the shower. Tried to tell front desk staff, she replied «sorry, would you like to checkout now?» Will not return

I booked 13 room nights here. They bumped the boss out of his room the first night because they allowed someone without a reservation to stay over an extra night — that’s what they told me! He had to go to another hotel not as nice and not that close to the rest of us.
How can anyone trust them to honor reservations? We won’t be back.

Stayed at the hotel on business and had to try the in-​house restaurant Social Circles. The food good was good and our server Patrick was amazing very good customer service and knowledge. Will definitely have to stay and eat here again.

Great hotel! Stayed in Plano for business. Hotel is very new and u can tell — it’s very clean, I wasn’t grossed out to sit on the couch or walk around barefoot (which I never do in hotels). I stayed in a suite w a separate living room — everything was well-​apponted, spacious rooms, mini fridge and microwave.
Staff were all very friendly — every time I’d walk through the lobby, I’d hear good evening or good morning from all around. One nite I wanted to go for a walk, and since it was quite sunny (and I forgot my sunglasses) — I asked the front desk if they had any sunglasses laying around, forgotten by guests, that I could borrow. They did not (since the hotel is so new), but the consierge offered me his own personal sunglasses to borrow, without missing a beat.
Would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I stayed at this location during a three day visit to Plano. The hotel is brand new and we were one of the first people to stay in it. It even still has that «new car smell». The entire staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The room was modern and large and the beds were very comfortable. We had drinks at the bar and the two bar tenders were very professional and friendly. The entire hotel is spotless. The location is perfect, right across the street from the Shops at Legacy. The only negative, if you would even call it that, is there is still a little construction going on around the grounds, but it wasn’t noisy or inconvenient. I hope they keep up the great service.
