Dr Brett is the best dentist I and my family ever had! He is exceptionally skilled and in the 8 years I have been going to him, not once he caused me a single pain doing heavy work on my teeth, even though I have a very small mouth. His office staff is always answers your call and is ready to help you with what ever questions you have. Thank you Pam and Susan!!! All hygienist are also outstanding. Right now mine is Ali and I can not thank her enough for her gentle and great work. Thanks Bridgeman dental for you dedication to your patients! Roza

You have been warned. These dentists are crooks. Myself and my entire family were great patients of these 2 brothers. They are never really pleasant but I didn’t have any big issues until recently. I chipped a tooth on a glass while at dinner and came to them to get it fixed. It was poorly done and chipped off again 3 more times within a month. They verbally guaranteed their work for up to a year, ie, to fix it for no charge. On my last visit Brett was in a foul mood and seemed irritated to see me again. Just so we are clear– I am not a clencher, or grinder, nor was I careless with my teeth. I don’t think ANYONE wants to see the dentist more than necessary so I took very good care of my tooth and its constant chipping was not my fault. I was making my way out and the receptionist stopped me. I told her this was another redo and she insisted that I pay! I tried to explain the guarantee giving to me and she tried to tell me that it only covered 2 visits! This was NEVER disclosed to me and I was NOT happy. I asked her to get doctor B and she went around the corner and told me that he was busy. I told her I wasn’t paying. She went around the corner and came back with him(aparently he wasnt too busy to get his money!) and he said«whats the problem here?» I explained the situation and reminded him of what he said and he told me that he was«sick and tired» of having to repair my tooth and demanded I pay! This was in front of the entire staff and I was almost in tears. I am still kicking myself for shelling out another $ 200 to these crooks– I guess they tried to intimidate me and it worked. I am going to report them to the BBB and now NOONE in my family will EVER step foot in their office again. You may have won $ 200 in the short run, but your bad business practices are going to cost you THOUSANDS when I am done.

Brett Bridgman has been our family’s dentist for 15 years now. He is one of the best dentists I have experienced. My teenager kids love him and because of his semi-annually monitoring of their teeth, they have experienced no cavities!!! He is a proponent of overlay prevention, which I wish was invented when I was a kid. I have had fillings and a crown done by Brett, in an professional way with no aftermath problems. He is also very contientous of those afraid of pain, me being one, and does the gas and/or shots to prevent any discomfort. I recommend his office for oral cleanings and any dental work you might need!!!

Absolutely the best dentist I have been to. Have been going to Bridgeman brothers for over 10 years and have nothing but positive experiences to mention. He even pulled a popcorn kernel out when I was having trouble one day with no charge of course. Good guys and dental assistants all around. I really recommend them as opposed to what another reviewer might say

Word of warning when considering going to this office — don’t. My wife and I started going to Bridgeman Dental a few years ago, and had nothing but negative experiences. My wife had a cavity that needed to be filled, and while doing the work, they ended up having issues and taking 2 – 3 hours to do a simple filling. They had to numb her 3 times(thus, charging us 3x) and she still left in terrible pain. Also, their billing practices are quite criminal. I had an implant done by another DDS, however the abutment/crown was done at this office. They got the estimate from insurance, and when the work was completed, I asked them on 2 different occasions if I was paid in full. I was assured by the front desk that it was. I then received a bill for nearly $ 300. When I asked about it, they basically said it’s what I owed after insurance. They refused to honor their statement of being«paid in full» and I even asked on numerous occasions to speak with Dr B about their business practices. He refused to speak with me. He is not too concerned with customer satisfaction in any way. There are much better DDS’s in the DFW area to deal with these people.
