This is where I had my 3^rd MRI in as many weeks in 2005. Because my first two MRIs were done in an Open MRI setting, and their concern over my claustrophobia, they were supposed to give me a little something something to help me relax. Relax I did. My mom had to have help carrying me to the car, she had to find a neighbor at my apartment to help me get to bed, and I slept for 16 hours straight.
I have already reviewed the neurosurgeon I saw from this medical practice here
so this review is for the Imaging Department and then of the Medical Records Department.
I have been trying to get my medical records from this office for 3 ½ years now. They refuse to release my records to me without charging me something like $ 75.00… which is against HIPPA, because I have the right to have a single copy of my own damn records.
This is one of the items on my list I am taking with me on my next appointment with my attorney. They need a sternly written letter because I will get my records, and NO, I am not paying for them.
