Boston Market

Got a meal in the drive thru with two sides and they gave me only one side with an extra piece of corn bread. Still charged me for two sides. I drive 15 miles to go here all for them to mess up a to go order. I don’t understand how it’s so difficult to properly put together a meat loaf meal with two sides instead of giving me one side and two pieces of corn bread. They literally put the extra piece of bread in the spot where the other side would go. Next time I’ll save the 15 minute drive and go else where.

Typical Boston Market food. Sadly this one is not very clean. We walked in and most of the tables were dirty with plate. Only 2 clean tables that were not covered in plates and trash or with people sitting at them. Total of 8 dirty tables. They made very little effort to clean them while we ate. When we left there were still 6 dirty tables. And when they did clear the tables they did nothing to wipe them down or sanitize them they just took the dirty dishes away. Watched one family come in and bus their own table so they could sit down. When they seated us with our food, she dropped one of the rolled silverware packs on the floor. She picked it back up and took it back with her. I watched her put that roll back in with the rest of clean silverware. Basically giving someone else the silverware and napkin that dropped on the floor. Real plates and real silverware and having your food brought to the table does not make up for the lack of cleanliness. We won’t be back.

I love Boston Market, the food is freakin delicious, however DON’T order online!!!
This location NEVER gets the online orders and you end up having to just reorder once you get there.

Great comfort food at good prices. Wide variety of items to choose from. Store was clean and organized, staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

What a great place when you want a decent meal and are in a hurry or for take out. The employees are friendly and the good isn’t half bad. Make sure to sign up for their coupons online for some good deals.

Great for last minute dinners. Never disappointed by the food although it’s not the best food ever.

I was actually impressed. Your typical fast food environment with better food. Three or four entrée choices with about 10 sides to choose from. The rotisserie chicken was spiced very mildly, quite good actually. However, the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. I thought I was served the child’s plate. The sides were very good and the staff was friendly. They do have a drive thru which is nice. We will go back.

Good food, quick service in the drive through. Never any issues with wrong orders or cold meals. Three piece chicken meal is a massive lunch for under $ 10.
