Went there with my finance this evening and it was absolutely horrendous. We got there two hours before they closed and the cashier refused to make any more mashed potatoes, which was fine so I switched one of my sides to the stuffing. My fiancé ordered the half chicken and two additional sides as well. When we went to sit down it was dirty every where, there was not a single table without food on it. The drink station had old rotted lemons at the bottom of the ice tray. Finally we sat down and when the food came out my fiancés chicken was not cooked all the way. Out of frustration and fear of food poisoning we left without even eating.
It honestly just seemed as if the employees did not care about the food safety, cleanliness of the restraint or satisfaction of the customers at all. I would recommend not going to this Boston Market location.

Like all other Boston Markets. Tasty, quick family meals, but a little overpriced for fast food. Great customer service and clean interior. This one has the soda machines where you can make any number of drinks.
Get the chicken, mac and cheese, and cornbread. Pot pie is also delicious.

Been to this location many times and others in Collin county, Texas. Always have good menu choices which change from time to time. For dining in I like the plate and sliverware. Adds a touch of class to casual dining. And taking food to your table is a nice touch. Their beverage dispenser is 1st rate as you select from almost unlimited number of choices. About the only place in town that can serve caffeine free diet Coca Cola.

The food was prepared properly and was fresh. The drive through was fast and didn’t have to wait long. It is fast food home styled cooking it sometimes needs a little seasoning. Overall this location is great!

Now that I’m thinking about it… I’m not sure why we don’t come to Boston Market more often. I live pretty close to this location and we literally only come about twice a year. I’ve never had a bad experience! Food is always delicious and the service is always great! I’ve never been through the drive-​thru, just dine in. It’s always comfortable and never crowded. They always give us coupons as well to use on future orders but of course we never do since we only come twice a year. That must be changed! Immediately! Starting today…

I crave their cornbread, so yummy! Also good is their chicken, creamed spinach, squash casserole, Mac & Cheese, and loaded mashed potatoes! We went in today and the manager allowed me to use an expired coupon which was very nice! Only complaints I had were that it was really cold in there and also that they don’t have any lemons at the drink station.
