Even though they’re known for their pupusas(which I won’t lie are the delicious) go on a Friday and get some of their chicken soup. They’re working to open up a full service bar. The service isn’t in top shape but the girls are nice, the more you go the better the service once they get to recognizing you.

Pork pupusas and corn tamale con crema were very tasty. Fried plantains were a little too mushy, but had a great flavor. The loroco pupusas and pumpkin pupusas were more exotic than I cared for. Son’s fried chicken had a fried fish taste to it.

Omg! Everything was amazing! Very inexpensive and really good! The Yucca was perfect. They even had fresh lime for it. The beverages are bottled and they even offer beer. The chicken pupusa was perfect. I highly recommend both.

Ordered 4 pupusas and one tamale for under $ 10 and it was all delicious. I love the pupusas de queso con loroco so I recommend those and the tamales de elote. If you love corn you will LOVE their corn tamale. Super sweet lady took our order. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Ordered a variety of pupusas for the family and 13 out of the order came with the cheese all squashed out and burned. I can hardly believe they’d pack these up without shame. Highly disappointed as I’d wanted my relatives to try this wonderful item for the first time.

food is aite. waitresses take their time to do anything most of the time. the location could be better if they kept actual salvi music in the backround playing, and turn the tv off. they sell sweets and some other salvi products. hard to find a good pupusa tho smh

Delicious and cheap food. Pupusas are great, but I recommend trying the tamales. They are very different than the Mexican tamales many Texans are used to as they steam theirs in banana leaves. It leaves the tamale wonderfully moist and flavorful. Family owned and very authentic with karaōke nights to boot.

Food its pretty good… mostly the pupusas, tamales they are okay. The plantines(platanos) would easy up with the oil. But over all good food.

Spectacular pupusas, decent tamales. Was disappointed with the plantanes-soggy with oil and mushy. Will return but only for the pupusas which are among the best I’ve tried.

I am a Dallas local and have tried this restaurant multiple times. The service is not all that great, but food is the best. I would have to say this is the most authentic Salvadorian restaurant in all of DFW.

I just had to get this restaurant added. I’ve eaten there numerous times over the last couple of years. I love taking out-of-towners there for a unique experience. Their specialties are the Pupusas. They are amazing. Also their tamales, which are quite different than Mexican tamales are amazing too. You can see them making everything from scratch from the area where you order. BTW, it’s a very casual and inexpensive.
