I have been going through hair dressers like a revolving door lately since my old one of 10+ years moved to Austin, TX. I was so pleased to meet Andrea! The first thing that was exceptional about her was that I e-​mailed her through her website asking about making an appointment and heard back from her within the same business day!!! Talk about amazing communication skills! That was just the first amazing part of my experience.
Her space is so cute and so close to my house in Plano. She really treats you like you are her only client. She wants to get to know you and what your hair needs, wants, annoying habits, etc are. She caters to what you need and want which is great. You don’t run into that annoying habit of most hair dressers were they are trying to push a product or a service on you. She recommends what is best for your needs, budget, and life style.
I am a college student and am on a strict budget so I LOVED that she was up front with charges and offered me a cheaper option if I preferred. She didn’t make me feel like any less of a client for being on a budget either. Her attention to your needs really goes above and beyond. She offered me a beverage and great hair tips and tricks which really made me feel like I was getting 5 star service.
Not only is her service and communication great but the end result put me over the moon. I went from pretty boring brown hair to red hair! I came in with TONS of pictures and she steered me in the correct direction for my skin tone and my life style. She also has wi-​fi so I was able to pull up more images on my iPad while I was there.
SERIOUSLY BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT NOW! I am super picky when it comes to my hair and she really is the best! I have already recommended my friends to her and have already scheduled my next appointment with her. She’s great!!! Needless to say I think my revolving door of hair dressers is now closed. :-)

I learned about Andrea on Unilocal and I have been so happy with her. She listens, understand my fine and thin hair and does a fabulous job. Andrea does an excellent job on my color. I love that she takes her time with each client and teaches us how she creates our style. Love her!

I had my first appointment with Andrea today. I brought some pictures from some Japanese magazine (yes, I am Japanese) to show her what hair style I wanted to get, and she just got it right away.
She explained how she will cut my hair and how I should take care of my hair in order to keep the style very kindly, and I had a great time enjoying the conversation in her chair. When I saw myself in the mirror after her work is done, I was extremely happy because I got the hair I exactly wanted! I love my hair and this weekend turned out to be the best one in a while because of Andrea! The face my husband loves my new hair makes me smile even more :) I’m so glad that I finally found my hair stylist in Dallas!
