All Pro Roofing

We worked with the owner Richard to get our roof replaced. The overall experience is good with All Pro so far.

Service was great! They delivered everything that was promised over the phone. Mr. Grogan returned to address a minor concern right away which turned out to be No issue at all. The overall experience was Great and I will definitely use All Pro Roofing again in the future. I would Highly Recommend.

I have had All Pro do roof work for me 4 different times and I have never had any problems. They are quick and clean up after the work is done. I don’t even price shop any more because they have always had the most reasonable prices.

In the 28 years we have owned our home, we have needed roofing work (and hired a roofing contractor) 11 times. The last two of those times were All Pro Roofing. Once the contract was signed, it was a pleasure working with them. And the work they did is superior to any we have had done. The first time it was to re-​do one quarter of the roof that had been replaced 3 times before — damage due to high winds. Their work was far better than had been done before. The last job, the entire roof was totaled in a hail storm. It was a complete tear off and replacement, including gutters. Again, their workmen know what they are doing. The work is high quality. They follow owners specifications and particular requests as part of the job. We have a fish pond in our backyard and they had to be extra careful on one side of the house not to drop anything in the pond. Their work also fixed our resident squirrels. We did not have a single one in the attic last winter.
Anyone looking for roofing work I would suggest you look at All Pro Roofing. The BBB had them rated highly. Once your insurance company has completed their process and you have a definite price, call these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

If I could give All Pro zero stars, I would. I have been attempting to schedule an estimate with their team for over two weeks. I had two scheduled appointments and neither one were kept. Which might have been OK had there been a courtesy call to let me know that they weren’t coming. Or might have even been OK if someone answered when I called to find out if they were coming. And for the helluvit, might have been OK if they had returned the message I left the next day. I did call back (yes I know, glutton for punishment) to reschedule only because they had done some other work on a house I purchased and the workmanship was fine.
Save yourself time and frustration and don’t bother calling All Pro. Though, they probably wouldn’t call you back anyway.
