32 Degrees has some of the best staff in town. Todd(Big Red head with a crazy red beard) and Geneva are the main reasons that my wife and I continue to return. I like the atmosphere and the frozen bar. Nothing better than having your last sip of your drink being colder than the first. They have a few shots on tap and your top domestics. They have outstanding pizza and dont forget to order the bread. When you go, tell them Brandon and Laura sent you.

Worst service ever. They were«closing» with half and hour left, and we were there well before this time. The waitress told us they were out of 7 different items and refused to make us coffee because she wasn’t allowed… Right. Weak drinks, i.e. I ordered a vodka Sprite and didn’t taste a hint of vodka. All in all very disappointed, no comment on the food. Server only acknowledged us 2 times in 2 hours.

Six of us went for pizza and drinks. We sat in the center of the patio and had excellent service! The waitress was knowledgable and attentive, but not pushy. Drinks: I had the frozen margarita which was delicious and reasonably priced. All of my friends had a mule. Tasted great, but was served in tin instead of copper which was a little disappointing. Apps: Amazing! Calamari was spot on with or without the delicious dips. Antipasti was fantastic!!! Perfect blend of sweet and savory with the tangy olives, delicious meats and cheeses. The sweet onions were a great polish! Pizza: Every single bite was perfection! We ordered three pizzas(Black & Blue, Amore and I forgot the third) and they were all amazing. We didn’t leave a bite on the table.

Been here a couple of times including Easter brunch. The best part of the place is being a rooftop ice bar. They knock that out of the park with the ambiance and atmosphere of a rooftop bar so that’s a big bonus as that is what we were looking for. The staff is super friendly every time we go so that is consistent. There doesn’t seem to be an issue to take kids during the day(never been at night) and the food caters to adults and kids. Some people mention the tight staircase to get to the top level but other than being a bit steep, no issue for me. Drinks are good, service is great, most food items are pretty good including the pizza, desserts, and carpaccio. Was dissapointed on one of my visits when I sent the mussels back(seriously just gross with the tomatillo sauce) and was still charged. But except for that, the place is a pretty solid 3.5stars. I’ll rate a 4-star simply because good drinks and cool rooftop was what I was looking for.

2 stars? You’re crazy. The bartenders are probably the best in the world. The atmosphere is pretty similar to what I imagine heaven being like. The food is like eating at the French Room but significantly more entertaining.

This place was my worst nightmare. We went to the top to see the rooftops and enjoy the cool air. The bartender was nice, but the tap selection suuuuuccckkkkkkkkks. Suck sucks. The teeny bopper music was blaring at intolerable levels(I’m not that old – I love LOUD, but this is horrible terrible froofy garbage. I literally don’t know what genre of suck it was, it was just too ectasy-ish techno estrogen sucky for anyone with ears). One beer and out — not before I was trapped by a party of bachelorettes taking pictures). The Filmore, and Lockhart and Vickery are far better. Unless you are bleach blonde, with a fake tan, acrylic tips, wearing yoga pants and heels. How people could eat up there is BEYOND me. NO.

The drinks are really good and the atmosphere is really unique. I love the iced part of the bar it keeps your drink cold and also is fun to mess with. The outdoor patio is small as well the bar, but on a weekday its usually not too crowded. In the summer and weekends its body to body which is rough and usually no where to sit. It is a nice stop when you’re in downtown Plano to grab a few drinks.

Make sure you are sober when you go up and down the three flights of stairs! This place was super crowded… no room to sit… no room to stand for a drink because it is teeny-tiny. They should almost have a clicker and keep track of the people that are somehow so ppl don’t waste time. They checked our ID and we were down three minutes later. We were«thanked» for our«business» *eye roll.

This bar is on the third floor of Urban Crust. It’s all lit up in blue lights and there is ice on the bar to keep your drinks on to keep them cool. The place looks pretty cool at night. During the day it’s bright. They have a good house chardonnay. You can order pizzas from downstairs. It’s a fun place to chill out if you are in Plano.
