Kohl’s

I had to wait for the Returns persons to finish their task in hand to be assisted. Ok, fair enough it wasn’t too long. But, what was annoying was the ‘eye’ communication going on between the two. Now honestly one of you had multi purple colored hair and I wasn’t making ‘eye’ noise at you.
The author with the review about coupons, k Cash etc being so limited is correct. It’s worse I was given a credit by an Online Manager because an Online Sales Person couldn’t get an order for one pair of sheets logged in within 45 mins, and sheets sold out. Now no one can find his ‘note’, plus the $ 10 Kohl’s for some reason wouldn’t record online and it was valid. I agree, the stores are going down hill, messy, and the ‘deals’ are more like magic tricks. yup there are a lot of things, essentials, that this old fashions, strip mall, in and out store offers, but their going in the wrong direction. Too bad Macy’s, Penny’s won’t compete in the Strip Malls or even in local downtowns… can you imagine.

This location has an okay selection of clothes, but it is the messiest store I’ve ever been in. Very unpleasant shopping experience every time.

Is it me, or does the limited amount of time on the Kohls promotions drive anyone else crazy? Sure great deals but to use the promotions they give you neccessitates constantly being in the store or getting stuck on their marketing treadmill. It’s an insult to my intelligence. I’m constantly collecting scratch offs, peel off, kohls cash, etc. But everytime I go to use it, within a week of a previos purchase, the promotions has either expired the previous day or its impossible to apply to an online purchase. I made a sgnificant purchase there Saturday got a 20% discount coupon, it expired yesterday Wednesday. I don’t know about anyone else but I work! Shopped Saturday and you give me a four day window to have to shop again to take advantage of your «deals», seriously? What an insulting marketing ploy. Also got Kohls cash, I can never get my on line order to recognize it, I have to call and email or complain. Look, give the deal or don’t, dont make your customers have to eat sleep and breath kohls to participate. And yes, if you stamp your feet they’ll honor it but come on. Treat your customers with respect and quit making them jump through hoops to chase your deals or act like monkeys on a string to benefit. Its really a continuous let down and an insult. Im ready to cut up my card.

This Kohl’s is the most organized one that I have been to and not totally picked over like the one in Salem. I like the coupons and I don’t think I have ever paid full price for anything here. I love their housewares, but they are a tad on the expensive side in this area. The Juniors section is great, but sometimes I want women’s clothes for work and the women’s selections are always very «farty» looking. This is my go-​to place for undies and things– cute and cheap stuff!

I like this location way more than others. I am not sure why, but I always seem to find all of the really good clearance stuff. We sometimes get a 30% of coupon which is great to use on clearance and regular priced items. They always have great prices on housewares too which is where I get a lot of mine, better quality than say. wal mahhhts and less trashy.
The cashiers are a little annoying with the credit card thing but whatever, I have never heard of what the other reviewer said. even though they reviewed Seabrook under Plaistow.
