All Tune & Lube

I guess I am used to on the spot oil change places because usually when you look at a sign that implies they do oil changes, that is the case.
Not so here. You will need to make an apponntment. That is neither a good or bad thing, just not what I had expected. It just thought «jiffy lube» bad from the name.
I never did get an oil change here because they had a 3 – 4 day waiting list when I went (which just didn’t work for me at the time).
They do have coupons all the time in local circulars though for those who are interested.
The only reason I give a three star review for «a-​ok» was because the person who I asked for same day service treated me kinda mean like I should have known that they didn’t do that. Therefore I’m telling all you Unilocalers on advance… They don’t do that.

Second time here. Good quick friendly service. Clean waiting room with tv and ac.
Will go here for all my car needs. Plus it’s close to home.

I don’t feel screwed over when I leave, they are very fair in terms of prices and very nice. Excellent customer service. I will only go here for anything.

I’ve used All Tune and Lube for my oil changes and repairs on both our Toyota van and Ford F-​150 for more than ten years. With both vehicles being 7 and 11 years old, both are increasingly needing repairs as they age. They have also done brake work on my mother in laws 14 year old Malibu, and repairs and oil changes when we owned that vehicle.
PJ is the main man at the shop, and I have always found him to be very friendly, low key, and most of all… honest. He always shows you what any problem is they have found or routine maintenance that is needed, and explains it in very clear english without any trace of attitude. (You know, like…“You don’t know what a reverse inturbulator valve is??”)
PJ also recently backed up some faulty work that was NOT his shops fault. He got the original repair shop to fix the problem at no cost to me, and went well beyond what he had to do to make this long time customer happy. I’m also in a business that depends on word of mouth to make long term loyal customers, and this is how you do it!
Highly recommended, no reservations.

I don’t know where to even start. I live around the city of Boston, yet I drive to Plaistow, NH for auto repairs, such as at All Tune and Lube. Why? They are the only people that have ever accept ALL of my car troubles, with fair prices, extremely friendly and fast service.
My car won’t start. After calling AAA, I always call here and ask them if its ok to have it towed 46 miles to them and they are always more than happy to accept my car.
Just today I called… I haven’t been there since last fall at LEAST, and the man on the phone said «oh, you have the jetta right?:» How does he remember me?! It could be my f-​ed up voice, but still that is service like no other! I asked him if they had an opening for an oil change, pretty last minute and hes like «of course! come on in around 1» and I did, and my car was immediately taken in, and out.
Overall, this place rocks. Yeah, I have been going for years and it really sucks that I cannot find a trustworthy place around where I live now who will actually do work. This All Tune branch is just awesome in every way. «I just made a fresh pot of coffee if you would like!» I mean, you barely get that service in a restaurant!
