I’ve stopped going to this DD. The employees are so preoccupied with socializing with each other that they have NEVER (no exaggeration) EVER managed to get my order right… not even once! Something is seriously wrong when a coffee shop can’t even get a simple two-​item order correct.
Contrary to their advertising, THIS Dunkin Donuts is NOT «worth the trip».

Stopped by drive thru for a quick «plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese ON IT.» Was glad to see no one in line. But soon to realize why. I always say my please and thank you’s. I open my bagel halves to see just a glob of cream cheese half on/​off the bagel. It looks like they just opened the cream cheese container and plopped it in there. When you ask for your cream cheese ON IT it’s for convenience for MYSELF and should be a customer service to provide the cream cheese to be SPREAD on the bagel. It’s usually for people like me that have a toddler ect. and eat on the run. Like. Your job isn’t that hard. There was no one else in line. I was polite. Laziness. You ELYSE K. are lazy!

This is one of my favorite Dunk’s to go to. I can’t say that I’ve had a bad experience. The line is quick and the staff is friendly. I hope the pretzel roll comes back. That was a favorite.

Slooooowwww… Not only is it slow but it also seems to have more employees than a typical D&D shop. I’ve had this same complaint for years. It’s just never got any better. The employees seem more interested in socializing than working. The drive through is the worst, especially in the afternoon.
12÷6÷15: I’m updating this review to one star because I really didn’t think the service could get any worse. I just ordered two sandwiches and hash browns. Guess what I got? Nothing. Somehow they lost the order. How does that happen? Apparently it can happen with 5 teenagers goofing around instead of working. Who owns this place and why is there never a manager around? It’s just awful.
