in the past I have enjoyed but this past saturday during the lovely snow I did a take out order, extra cheese and pepperoni, never had their pepperoni before. Sadly there was not extra cheese and the cheese was way over cooked and the pepperoni was spicy, which was not told yo me, I cant do spicy. So I called and asked for a credit, they refused, they offered to remake a pizza and have it delivered, kinda stupid witht he snow but they refused to give me a credit so I agreed and asked for sausage not pepperoni since the pepperoni I couldn’t eat, they said ok. then they called me back and said they could only remake the same pizza. Great food, nice addition to Plainville Eco system. Don’t let the other reviews fool you. If you like Dominos this is the best dominos you can get. Always hot and quick.

Let me preface my commentary by admitting to be a pizza snob, so I won’t contribute a lot of words on quality or taste here. Spending $ 5 on pizzeria pizza is like a $ 5.99 prime rib special, for the most part — you truly get what you pay for. On opening week, there were coupons is all local papers, advertising $ 5 pizza, so I took a chance. The take-out order was ready within the promised 10 minutes, and when they handed me the box, I was initially taken aback by the sheer lack of weight… I could feel the pizza banging around in there, but it wasn’t adding much bulk to the otherwise empty box. The picture I have uploaded tells the story. The«thin crust» pizza is in the background… behind a Cheeze-it cracker that is all of about 1/8″ thick. The cracker towered over the pizza, which had layers of sauce and cheese on the bread base. I guess. I am fascinated at the engineering that creates such a comically skimpy product, to say nothing of the marketing acumen in allowing this to be given to a customer in exchange for currency. …$ 5 or not! . Dominos is new to this area, and I wish them well in a challenging local market — 16 pizzerias at last count. I am certainly not in their intended demographic.

Pizza is like eating card board. meat toppings look like a rabbit ran across it! Taste so artificial. The wings! Little balls of chicken fat, soggy couldn’t even eat them! Brought them back the quite irritated girl at the register said«well I guess you never had our wings before» she was right and we never will again with her attitude! They may call this pizza down south but in CT you can find way better pizza on any corner. Don’t waste your time, money or stomach here!

Domino’s has definitely upped their quality in the last few years. Rebranding has done them well, too. New theater-style ordering lets you watch your pizza being made if you venture into the brick ‘n’ mortar. Fees apply if you’re getting delivery, and they don’t go to your driver’s tip so be aware of that. Order online for minimum involvement with humans, if that’s your dealio.
