I just left this place and will never go back. When my father and I walked in we were immediately greeted by a really nice guy with blonde hair that was very attentive and helpful. Then he had us speak to who I can only assume is the owner or manager because the experience was totally different. I wanted to look into what it would cost to boost the sound in my new vehicle but the guy was just a jerk. when I asked questions(cause I know nothing about this stuff) he seemed almost annoyed that I even asked a question. Maybe this guy is just so busy he can afford to treat customers this way??? I don’t get it. Either way, I won’t be going back and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. I even had a gift card towards the work but I’m throwing it in the trash.

So I had an alarm system put into my vehicle back in 2008 when I bought my car from boch honda. It stopped working and I found out they were the ones that worked on my vehicle for the alarm and starter. So contacted them and they help me figure something out to get this back up and running. They gave me a good deal in upgrading and buying back my old system. They were good with there time did have me and my wife waiting for long. The manager I would assume that helped us in the front desk was very helpful and courteous. My vehicle in the inside was barely touched which is something that I like to see. The less they can mess with my vehicles interior the better I can say the job has been.

Emailed for a price and received within 20 minutes, and answered my other questions quickly. Went in after Christmas day to put a remote starter in my wife’s car and they were busy but they squeezed me in that day and had me in and out of there in an 1 ½ hours. Installation looks professional and they did not take advantage of me. Offer lifetime warranty on remote starters for a decent price. Great customer service, would definitely recommend them and use them again! Thanks Guys!

Great service, I spoke with the owner’s son several times before coming in to have my car set up for iPod integration. They were super helpful, and very accommodating. It was a bit pricey for installation; but the customer service made it worth it.
