Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve never rented cars before, so I have no idea what a typical experience is. I’ve been renting from here every other weekend or more for about 2 months or so now. Every time it is the same 2 people who see me in and see me out. They are both very professional yet very down to earth and welcoming. They are more than helpful to me, I can be very scatter brained and last minute, but they always make sure i have what i need. I’ve heard them on the phone and seen them with customers who seemed to have had questions or concerns of some sort. They are so patient and will work detail by detail with the customer to make sure all their questions are answered and understood and any concerns are resolved. It’s like they are just a good friend helping you figure things out and making sure everything is right. Their names are Javier and Ooly (I probably spelled that way wrong) My own car is almost ready, and I’m kind of sad that I won’t be doing business there anymore. They are great people, the cars have been excellent and I am glad to have spent my hard earned dollars here.
