Called and asked for them to fax over my prescription. Customer service was TERRIBLE. They were rude, rushed me, and made me feel silly for even asking for my prescription in the first place. I asked a question and they simply put me on hold without saying a word back. Unprofessional and a perfect model of how to NOT interact with customers.

The customer service at this location is awful. I’ve been going to that location for years when it was DavisVision. I never had a problem getting my glasses, contacts, or eye exam. However, now, it is just awful. Through my insurance I am able to get a new pair of glasses every year, and so when Jan 1st comes around I always make my yearly appointment. So on ½/16, I went in for my exam… picked out 2 pairs of glasses — 1 for my regular RX and a 2nd for sunglasses. When I sat down with the optician, I informed her of an issue I had with my pair of glasses from the previous year. And told me that they would fix them no problem because it was technically still less than a year. HOWEVER, I had gone to that exact location in October 2015 and asked to get my glasses RX double checked because I was having trouble seeing well with them. And a older gentleman helped me, who I later found out was their manager, and he told me that the stronger section of my RX was not in line with my pupil, and there was nothing they could do about it… I tried to get him to help me out… he slightly adjusted the arms of the glasses and pushed me out the door. So now, on ½/16, when the woman helping me with my glasses told me that they could fix them… I was furious. The man who helped me in October gave me incorrect information and was very smug. So now I’m waiting on both my new pair of glasses and my old pair to be fixed, and I’ve been wearing contacts everyday — irritating my already sensitive eyes. The only positive things I can say about this location is the doctors(who told me NOT to wear contacts every single day) and the woman who helped me get my glasses fixed(and for free because I had gotten them 1÷5÷15 and it was still under a year). That location USED to be great, but there is no communication at all. Last year when I picked up my glasses… they didn’t even call me to tell me they were ready! They said«someone forgot»…I could keep going with how awful this place has become, and if it weren’t for the eye doctors in that location… I would never go back! THERANT.

Came in at 1130 for an eye exam. Doctor is great. Customer service is terrible. The loud mouth Lisa did nothing but talk and not help. After patiently waiting an hour I asked when I will be seen, they told me next so I picked out my glasses so I would be ready. Two more people went before me as I watched the entire store clear out as I sat very impatiently. 2 hours later I am still here and will be sure to never return
