CVS Pharmacy

Always messy, disorganized and in need of restocking. I hate coming to this location. Just stay away. Go to the one on Stewart ave about a mile down the road. It looks dirty and just not appealing at all

Am I the only one pleased with this CVS? I’ve been choosing this location over any others for the past 11 years. I can never walk out of there empty handed, never had any problems with the pharmacy as they are always so accommodating and the cashiers in the front have been nothing but kind and helpful. I’ve also been choosing to go to CVS instead of any other nearby pharmacies for the convenience and pleasant experience that I always receive.

The pharmacy staff is so so. Shawn is very nice but the other staff is not that nice especially that short skinny lady. She is not nice at all. Jericho CVS staff is better.

This August, I had brought my disposable camera to CVS to develop my vacation pictures. As instructed, I packaged the camera in their prepaid film processing mailer envelope, paid, and took the receipt stub. I was told I’d be called when the order was ready. After I hadn’t heard back for a few weeks, I contacted CVS. First they told me they were unable to reach the outside company they were using to develop the pictures. I gave them more time. When I contacted CVS a second time, I was told they reached a representative there and that they were unable to locate my camera. Apparently, other customers had the same problem, one of whom had wedding pictures lost. It’s now the end of October and CVS basically told me to give up the search and gave me a $ 25 gift card to their store. What good is their gift card when I don’t have the only record of these pictures? I reluctantly accepted the gift card and will NEVER, EVER use them again for their camera services. I urge others not to use their services either.

Why does CSV pride itself in slow checkout. If their ever was a place that needs self checkout, this is it.
