21st Century Shoe Repr

This is a fantastic little shop in a convenient location just off the Seaford-​Oyster Bay Expressway. I found it online on Saturday just before a wedding, after the heel tip on the pair of shoes I needed to wear that same night popped off. I called a few other shops who said they’d need at least an hour, and i asked for a ball-​park price quote, and all of them avoided quoting me and instead said «come in so i can see the damage» (even though i quite clearly explained the damage). Sounds a bit shady to me! So I called this shop, and he said they were closing in 30 minutes, but he can take care of it for me if i come right away. The incredibly sweet and helpful old man even gave me a ball-​park price range on the phone. When i came in, he cheerfully took my shoes and replaced not just the missing tip, but BOTH tips and buffed and shined my shoes for me right there in front of me while i watched and waited. And the price was right too! I highly, highly recommend this place, and i will be going back there soon so he can fix my other beaten and battered shoes! :)

Really pleased with this shop!!! I had 4 pairs of designer high heels that I had basically destroyed by wearing them so much and through the snow and to work! being they were so expensive I thought I’d just see if I could get them repaired. This shop fixed them like new in 1 hour! And the gentleman who fixed them even took the time to give them a cleaning, explaining that the salt from the parking lots and roads cause the staining on the suede. He used a light vinegar to clean them which worked wonders! I highly recommend this shop and am happy to have found him!
