The apartment was nice but the people at the leasing and management office are awful!!! They never replies phone calls or emails. I always get overcharge when switch contracts. They even overcharged me 100 buck for 3 days even I moved out of my apartment 4 days before my contract ended. I called them to have a look at the problem and get me the refund. They always said they will contact me back but they NEVERDOES. One time they even hung up my call, which I am still completely pissed. PS: Their bill are super confusing, and it’s very hard to tract. If you find any problem, especially after moving out, be prepared to get overcharged.

This is a gated community(I think), but you must be an average white person to live here. If you have any character or an exciting job, you are not welcome. This is a strict average person community. Amenities Include: 1. No diversity. When we say«no» we mean none. 2. No need for vehicle envy. In our parking lot, there are no cars other than Honda Civics, Chevy Cobalts, PT Cruisers, and Hyundai Elantras. 3. A body of water that is full only some of the time. This may or may not be just a large hole where septic waste dumps into, but no matter what it is, you can still gaze at water from your balcony. 4. It does not feel like a Ghettoplex.(From : Ghettoplex–(n) A non project apartment complex that is a) located in the Ghetto and/or b) is poorly kept and resembles the projects Mike: Yo, I got rejected from dat Section 8 funding, but it’s all good Tom: How iz dat all good?
