I don’t know where Eduard V. went and had his bad experience, but it wasn’t Sprinkles and Shakes on River Rd. in Plains. They don’t even accept credit cards, so how be could be overcharged on one is a mystery to me.
I love this place. They have the best, creamiest ice cream around. I drive 15 mins from Wilkes Barre, past 3 different ice cream places, just for a small cone because they have the best ice cream in the area. Their menu is extensive and I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. Give them a try. There’s a reason you’ll wait in line. It’s worth it.

Had the worst experience at this place. Came out with the family to have some ice cream first off got over charged on my credit card and till this day still waiting for a refund from the owner (which I’m pretty sure he has no plans of refunding) also the ice cream wasn’t good at all I mean how hard is it to have some good soft serve. Also the place is so unsanitary I felt discussed sitting in their let alone eating their, I’m not sure how the health department lets this go on. From no use of glows or hair nets to dirty utensils. I even seen the owner drop a ice cream and then serve to a different customer he should be ashamed of himself. I gave this place one start only because the system doesn’t give me the option of giving this place minus causes that what it deserves.
