Matt did an amazing job and at a great price. I bought a foreclosure, auction house in Joliet. We pealed back a few layers of floors to find beat up, discolored, 100 year old wood floors. Matt went above and beyond to bring these floors back to life. We had a few holes repaired. We had some water damage and some very deep gouges. The floors looked disastrous to start and pristine when Matt finished. I highly recommend Matt and T&M flooring. I was amazed how good the floors looked. Great Job Matt!!!

Matt and his crew did my 2 bed rooms and the living room and dining room for just under $ 2,000 or so. Was worth it as the two previous owners of the house I bought let the place go down fast taking the hardwood floors with them. Deep scratches were sanded out and the floor is like new. Great job, great service.

I had Matt sand and refinish our 65 year old oak flooring we had in our house. It turned out gorgeous. I can’t believe how great it looks it’s like I had new flooring installed. About a month later we decided to replace our tile and went with hardwood and had T&M install and stain that portion as well and I couldn’t believe it. It looks identical to the rest of the house. Just a great experience all around with Matt and his crew. I will definitely be using him again and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get flooring installed, finished, or fixed. Thanks!

I had my floors done by T&M about 9 months ago. There must have been a problem with the final layer of varnish and the floors started looking pretty bad. 9 months later, I called up Matt and he sent a guy over and they redid the entire floor for no charge. He stands by his work and I have to say that his service is outstanding. If you need your floors done, go with someone you can trust. That is T&M Flooring Service.
