Pat’s Tree Service

Initially, Pat was responsive to my first voice-​mail to him re: estimate of trimming a river birch tree.
However, he blew-​off our estimate appointment (didn’t show or call to cancel). Received a text message from him the following day indicating he would be by that same day to do the estimate. I gave him the benefit of a second chance & agreed to meet him to bid the job of trimming one river birch tree on my property. Pat provided me w/​his quote & the very next day I gave him the green light. Upon giving him the go-​ahead, he indicated he would be by the following week to complete the job. The next week came & I received a voice-​mail from Pat on Wednesday indicating he would be by the following Monday to complete the job. I responded back & let him know that would be fine. Well, Monday came & no word from Pat & he blew me off again.
When doing most projects, I give the «little guy» or local business a fair shot @ earning my business before going to any large company or big box store. Unfortunately, Pat’s lack of respect for my time & poor communication cost him earning my business. I would not recommend Pat to anyone looking for services.

Called back quickly. Prompt estimate and came out to do work within a week. Has nice truck and big enough to haul everything away. Lots of professional equipment and gear. Did a good job. As promised. Knew what he was talking about. Worked solid and got it done efficiently. Would recommend.

I called Pat on a referral from a landscape planner. I needed a very large ash tree trimmed because it was because it was beating up my roof and also interfering with my tv reception.
Pat came out within a week of our phone conversation and did the job the next day. Everything was done as promised and on time. He left no mess, no debris. His rates were competitive. No complaints, I would hire him again.
