Heidi Pops Gourmet Popcorn

Taste is good but is way over priced. The name should be Heidis rip off. Seriously overpriced per serving.

I tried the white cheddar flavor at the Greenwood Park Mall and it’s awesome! Will definitely be going for more whenever I’m there again. I only got a small but it was more than enough for at least two/​three people.

Very tasty and fresh popcorn mixes. Lots of options and friendly staff members. The mall lot is under construction but it’s worth the walk over. (Way cheaper than theatre popcorn!)

I was lucky enough to first get to try Heidi Pops popcorn at a wedding, aka, I got to keep refilling my cup for free, score. The couple provided a popcorn bar before dinner and I thought it was the cutest touch and also very good popcorn.
The bride had given me a tip to mix the caramel with the green apple she chose, such a good idea! I ate… a lot.
Fast forward to last weekend, we were in Plainfield to stop at a few particular stores and noticed that Heidi was close to where we were so we decided to stop in.
The store is small but thankfully popcorn doesn’t take up a lot of space. We browsed the options and got to try some samples from the very nice worker! She was so polite and helpful! They had a ton of flavors available, from spicy cheese to sweet cake!
We decided to get a big bag of their regular cheese and a bag of their blue raspberry to take with us.
The cheese is awesome. I like cheese popcorn but get more excited about sweet but let me tell you… I am looking forward to another bag of the cheese.
The blue raspberry was disappointing to me compared to the green apple, the blue raspberry flavor is very faint but the overall taste is still good.
Now, the popcorn isn’t cheap, gourmet popcorn never really is but it is definitely a delicious treat now and then! I hope this place does well as the mall revamps!

Best cheddar popcorn I’ve ever tasted! This isn’t some powdered cheddar. It’s creamy and wonderful — and no yellow fingers! Really great. I’ll be ordering client holiday gifts from Heidi.

Better than any popcorn in Chicagoland. I found them while in the area on business, and what a find it was. So many great kinds of popcorn, and very unusual flavors. So far I’ve tried and loved, the cheese and cheese and bacon, buffalo ranch, caramel corn and some of the fruit flavors (which I didn’t expect to like and they are now my favorite). I got some of the «pickle» flavor for a friend who LOVED it. The owners are so friendly and the place was clean and welcoming. I’m glad they can ship now, as I don’t want to run out if I don’t get to Indy again soon.

Been anxiously awaiting the opening of Heidi Pops in Plainfield. I have to say that they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They have so many different flavors and are happy to assist with any questions I had. The jalapeño cheddar, Buffalo Wing &Ranch, and Chicago Mix are absolutely amazing. The popcorn is always fresh and flavorful. Inside the store is very clean and welcoming. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed and will be a repeat customer for many years to come.

Heidi Pops Gourmet Popcorn just opened in the Metropolis Mall in Plainfield. I was really excited when I heard the news that this was going in, because my husband & I have a serious love affair with specialty popcorn.
We got the chance to stop in today. The two people working in the store were incredibly friendly and they kept offering us free samples. We ended up choosing 4 flavors to take home (Buffalo Blue Cheese, Pina Colada, Caramel Green Apple, & Chocolate Cherry Cordial). While we were in there they also had a lot of other flavors, including: Cinnamon, Caramel, Chocolate, Blueberry, Strawberry, Buffalo Ranch, Green Apple, Sharp Cheddar, Caramel Pecan, Jalapeño Cheese, & probably others I am forgetting. They sell their popcorn by small, medium, or large bags, or by various larger tin sizes.
The popcorn we purchased was fresh & delicious, and I can’t wait to be a regular customer at Heidi Pops!
