Kevin is an awesome nail tech. Respect his establishment and he will respect you. Will recommend to anyone. It’s a little pricey but truly worth it

I have been going to this nail salon for the last two years Kevin and Dana have been doing my nails I have not had a problem with my nails they have a lot of gel colors they do a lot of free hand designed I recommend this place Highly

I went to the salon because my nail girl moved out of town. And I was desperate to find a new place. The salon is very clean. But when I walked in I saw lots people nail techs just setting doing nothing. And I still had to wait almost an hour. When I finally got to set in the chair. The woman was nice but was very hard with my hands. She cut my skin a couple of times with the file. I try to give her a chance. I aloud her to finish and I finally get to the polish. They have a great amount of different gel polishes. Beautiful colors and different brands. But I noticed a day or two later my polish started chipping off. When I return to have it fixed. I was told it was because of me it was coming off and he would fix it this time but next he would charge me $ 7 to repair their mistake. He fixed it and two days later the same thing happened to two different nails. So needless to say I will not be going back.

I had a very bad experience at Capital Nails on July 22^nd. I received a very poor pedicure from a nail tech that was clearly inexperienced. She went through the motions as if she was filing my nails. I looked at them and most were all jagged edges. I asked her if she could file them better and she snapped at me saying «No machine.» Mind you, I don’t have rough feet! Lol After asking others several times to help, finally someone else took over and finished the job. The previous tech started someone else and used the same equipment on her that she used on me without sanitizing it! After I was done, I went to Kevin the owner and told him what happened. He told me that didn’t happen and I was lying! Wow! Is all I can say. They act like they are doing you a favor! Everyone should boycott this establishment!

UNINVITING ENVIRONMENT & ARROGANT OWNER.
All I want to know is, why are you a nail tech and act like your as prominent as Donald Trump or someone of that caliber? I am paying you and your not doing anything for free. The aforemention is the attitude of the owner, Kevin. He does really nice designs, but he was very rough with my hands and had a coldness about him. Not to mention he charged me $ 80.00 for a new set plus design. Only visited once, but decided I wanted an exotic design for my vacation and went back the beginning of August. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my nails done as I was unpleasantly asked to leave the shop bc my boyfriend spoke back to Kevin arrogance. As I was about to start my pedi my boyfriend came to sit next to me as we were having an important discussion and the nail tech told him, in a nasty manner, to move and gestured his hands as if telling a dog to shoot. My bf is not one to tolerate bs, as I often do at times, and questioned why he couldn’t sit near by as the area was empty. My bf soon proceeded to leave shop after sort of placing chair back harshly and then Kevin starts cursing at him. «Why you throwing my shit?» Bf left then I was told to leave afterwards. Other clients questioned why I had to leave when I said or did nothing.
