Best cigar shop in Naperville. I highly recommend. They have great prices and the staff is very friendly.

Bought a pipe and some tobacco from this store. Found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me decide what would work best for me rather than just selling me a product. No complaints whatsoever

This cigar shop is located in a very convenient location for me, but everything is so overpriced. I like that their boxes are available for a small charitable donation, but I can’t get over the prices. I’d rather make the drive to Binnys.

No longer allows one to buy a cigar or two and sit inside and smoke without paying the hundreds of dollars to join their «private» cigar club. And there was nobody else in there when I was there. It used to be my go-​to place, but I’ll be going elsewhere now. Prices were a little on the steep side too.

It is my opinion that you should not try and return a bad cigar here because they know the cigars are bad. I bought cigars at a vendor party for La Aurora’s cigars at another store in Plainfield. I received several cigars with mold on them. Some would not stay lit. I brought the cigars back to Burning Leaf and was told to «just wipe it off.» And then he said it was not mold just water spots and it was not returnable. He told me to contact La Aurora for a replacement. NEVER will I buy anything from any of Jamal’s stores again. Cigars are a luxury and cheaply bought on line at half the price he sells in his store. The owner is a nice guy, but his store manager sh%#S all over his customers. Avoid this place because they do not stand behind their product. It is my opinion that they are selling old sub-​standard cigars at premium prices and see their customers as chumps and suckers. Returning a bad cigar is never an issue with honest retailers. Go to the cigar parties, eat the food, but think before you buy… there are better places to buy from.

Jamal runs a GREAT cigar shop, with plenty of comfortable seating in big fat leather chairs, a nice hi-​def TV, and great deals on wonderful cigars. His selection is HUGE. Both sidewalls of the store are lined with humidors at least 7′ tall. He has all the accessories, and cigarettes too. (Me, I just like cigars.) Jamal also has some really great manufacturer rep bashes with contests and great deals, plus free cigars often for just showing up at an event. You can’t beat this place to sit down with a cigar and relax, or to see some great cigar shows several times a year. If you love cigars, get on his mailing list.
