Here is another bad review for. this place I ask young kid for 8 packages of hot sauce He gives me 5! I got no hello how are you! Then when he gave me food he just gave it to me and closed window! Horrible service never will come back to this location! During training for these kids they need customer service training and at least put on a smile! No excuse for bad service the time
was at 1 36pm! I won’t give you his name but this place needs work!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Every time I go there my order is wrong! EVERY TIME! The last time I went in the drive thru I got home and they forgot my kids order of nuggets. Of course they didn’t forget to charge me though! I went back and asked for the manager & wsd told there wasn’t one. I asked if there was a supervisor? After explaining the o the «supervisor» that part of my order was missing she put some nuggets in a bag & handed it to me. No apology, nothing!

I went to this location around 9:20pm. As we pulled up to the drive-​thru, the first thing we hear was «welcome to Burger King, oh f*ck». Then it cut off and we heard a woman’s voice. My fiancé made it clear we heard the young man’s words. Not even an apology. We brushed it off and started our order. The women who took the order just rushed us as we were ordering. As we pull up and charged our credit card she asked us to pull up to the doorway. We sat for a few minutes and realized no receipt was given. When a gentlemen came out to bring our food, he was so fast to hand it to us and was already in the door. We attempted to call him back but we saw he was already chatting with someone sitting in a corner seat. We didn’t even get a chance to ask for a receipt. NEVER going to this location again.

My son makes me come here for the mango smoothies. I haven’t had em, but he just loves the things. The girl working the drive-​thru the night we came here agted like we were bothering her. Maybe she just hates mango… I dunno.
